Hotel has modern feel to lobby, new gym which has good equiptment range. Pool area is nice with lovely loungers, kept clean. Hotel is clean, the staff take great pride in keeping it this way Reception team are kind, polite, always say hi and help where and if you need it. We felt this really made our stay. Great breakfast selection, not too busy. Beds are comfortable and very big Situated away from the main busy tourist areas but surrounded by local restaurants and coffee places which all sell much nicer food. Walkable to the busier areas / port etc. Air con that works Overall as two female travellers always felt very safe in area and in hotel - Rooms are nice but are somewhat dated, our bathroom had old peeling silicone. - Noise really travels through the vent syatem - we had a very loud quest next door who came back at midnight and made noise until 2am. Reception did kindly sort this when we informed them of it. - TV only had 4 working channels, I didn't inform reception of this as it wasn't a massive issue (the area around is too beautiful to be watching TV!).

The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. The room was small but suitable for a 1 night stay. Staff on reception during check-in were not very friendly and charged me for the room, even though I had paid by using my saved vouchers. This was rectified later in the day by the manager. There was no secure place to leave luggage and we were told that we could just put our bags outside the gym. Not ideal and didn't want to leave our belongings in such a public area. We actually went to another hotel to leave our bags as they were much more accommodating.

Convenient location

A nice hotel with food renovation in rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly stuff, but a bit pricey for the amenities, the season and the location.

We stayed for a week in the Deluxe room and had an amazing stay. The room was large and the bed was a kingsize. The pool and area around it was clean and well kept and the sun loungers we're like beds so very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't the best but there was plenty of options. The hotel is well located with the old town and beaches being a few minutes walk away. Finally the hotel staff were all really friendly. If we were to return to Rhodes I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, good location to beach and old town . plenty of nice restaurants to eat and bars , I stayed on 4th floor, room was quiet , clean with a nice little balcony, bed was comfortable I slept well at this hotel. Breakfast was ok plenty of options .

This was my first (but not my last) trip to Rhodes Island in Greece. My whole experience was excellent. The staff at Angela hotel were amazing and made me feel welcome and at home. I look forward to coming back again. Dina, who worked at the front desk, was especially sweet and helpful. I never felt like I was bothering her and she always had a solution for my problem. I was there during the time there were fires on the island, but this did not affect my stay at all. If I hadn't heard it ahead of time, i would have never known there were fires happening. The room was immaculately clean and the beds were SO comfortable! The pool was very nice as well. You won't be disappointed.

Great location for visiting Rhodes town, would stay here again

Good location, very clean, comfy bed. Rooms a bit small but ok for couple of nights.

Value for money hotel. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from central bus station and 8 minutes from the castle entrance. Helpful and polite personnel. I would come again for sure.

Great location ..restaurants, shopping, beach, palace, all within walking distance as well as bus stops for tours. Breakfast was served in another restaurant a couple doors down and it was excellent. Will go back.

always hesitant to leave a bad review but in this case it's more of a warning to others- I saw all the great reviews for this hotel and was so excited to stay here but the experience was one of the worst stays I have ever had in a hotel. firstly the room I was put in for the 1st 3 nights had a tv that was probably 50 yrs old and did not work at all even though the hotels details say satellite tv- and there was no balcony. when I asked about this I was told that I would be moved in a few days to the actual room I booked- once in the new room the tv needed to be hooked up to a cable with bunny ears to work and still only worked half the time- also the walls are paper thin so you hear every noise from the hallway and the other rooms-perhaps it was just my bad luck but every night ( 22 days I stayed ) people were yelling and banging doors at all hours so I barely slept and the icing on the cake was having someone from the next room- drunken young man come bursting through my balcony door at 2 am while I was sleeping and instead of kicking him and his group out all they did was move him to another floor so I got to live in fear of him doing it again for the last three days of my stay :( horrible- that being said the staff at breakfast were amazing and sweet at Oktober Hotel next door and Xristos and Athena were very nice and apologetic- also cleaning staff were great but don't stay here if you like to sleep at all. :( or like to feel safe in your room.

Used the hotel as a stop over whilst travelling. Good location with good basic facilities under the current climate. There was some unfortunate room noise from the next room showing how thin the walls were! The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay.

Excellent hotel in a superb location. We were right in the middle of town within walking distance of the Old Town, beaches, shops and many local restaurants. The hotel is clean, safe and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is provided in the next door hotel (sister hotel), which wasn't a problem for us.

When we arrived here we were informed that the hotel would be closing for the season so we would be relocated to another hotel. I was not informed of this at my booking so was slightly annoyed at this and having to unpack then repack 2 nights later. The air conditioning wasn't working in the room and even when i informed reception, nothing was done. Therefore we had to have windows open at night, but then got bitten to pieces from mosquitoes. Also on the morning of our relocation, the hot water was turned off early so was unable to shower first thing. Im sure when hotel is up and running as normal it is a much better stay.

Ok but good price

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the location is brilliant, close enough both to the beach and the old town. The room was smaller than looked on the pictures but don’t have any other complaints.
