房間大，整潔。酒店代電召的士，10歐元到火車站，非常方便

Room was unexpectedly big and confortable. Nice window view and the breakfast was good. However, there were lots of ants at night when you close the light. Some ants even climbed onto the bed. Literately everywhere. We couldnt afford to stay longer in the room and escaped from the hotel the next morning.

It is an older hotel with dated rooms but very clean & rooms were big. Pool was big and its right across the street from the beach. I did not like that they charge for an umbrella & chair on their own portion of the beach.

Staff seem disinterested most of the time apart from the lovely lady at breakfast. Pool is nice but I’d be concerned if I had small children as it’s quite deep throughout. I’ve never been in a hotel that didn’t have an iron- asked for one and told it wasn’t possible. Breakfast was fine - could do with another coffee machine and cartons of juice were sometimes available. WiFi in my room wasn’t working - asked reception but no help and less interest. TV worked but no English speaking stations worked without interference. Local discos can be heard on a a Saturday and Sunday until 3am. 15 minute walk in and out of old town. Deco supermarket 10 mins walk. Beach towels available for €3 each. €10 to use private beach across the road. Hotel is fine. Not value for money- quite expensive. Staff could do with going on a charm course - not rude but definitely not overly hospitable.

To start, a huge thank you to the staff and cleaning ladies. Everyone was so lovely, friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to Guisy. She went that extra mile to ensure our money was returned to us after an excursion cancellation. The only let down was the mattress on the bed. I do suffer terribly with sciatica but my daughter complained of her back too. That aside, great aircon and a small fridge. The food there was very nice and the breakfast buffet was a selection to behold, covering everything you would like. The cleaning lady covering room 211 was very helpful. She did not speak as much English but she understood that I needed to rest my back and made our room her next stop so I could take a rest. She always did a great job. There is a lift in the hotel too. The pool was lovely and clean and plenty of room for all. There was a gentleman who sat at the pool every day to ensure your safety. Not that this bothered me but, if you have small children, the shallow end was about 5 feet, no kiddy pool. Nice flat 15 minute slow walk into the old town. Some times did this twice daily. If I can with my bad back then anyone can. Very pleasant walk which kept the the weight down from all the good food and wine Totally recommend Tourist Hotel. Great people great place 😊

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was good. Decent amount of choice. Swimming pool was incredibly clean, clear and plenty long enough for lap swimming 25 - 30 meters long with lane lines. No need to use beach. Overall one of the best hotels we stayed at.

I wish the staff was friendlier at the front desk. I felt like they did not like Americans. But they were very kind to get us in our room earlier.

The beach club was not available, the garden view did not exist.Parking was €15 per day. Every else was good. I sent a message to the hotel but did not get a reply.

This hotel is a gem and rght on the beach. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and charming. The view from the rooms are spectacular. The sunsets are magical. Ideal location too, very peaceful. The breakfast was great and it's only a short walk down the sea front to the restaurants and the town. I will definitely be going back to Hotel Tourist, perfect for our holiday.

Situation face à la mer: superbe.Grande chambre avec balcon. Vue piscine et mer. Propre. Buffet petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Possibilité de rejoindre le centre de Cefalu à pied le long de la mer. Env 15 min. Parking jouxtant l'hôtel:15 €. Contrairement a certains avis: pas de places gratuites devant l'hôtel. Uniquement zone bleue payante.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet établissement. Malgré un décor du passé, la chambre était très propre et confortable comme l’ensemble de l’hôtel. Le personnel très courtois. Nous avions un balcon avec vue sur l’extraordinaire piscine (récemment rénovée?) et vue partielle sur l’océan. Le déjeuner inclus était de très bonne qualité. L’hôtel est situé à environ 15 minutes à pied du centre qui se fait sur un magnifique « boardwalk ». On aurait dû y rester plus longtemps!

Kjempehyggelige personale. Veldig stille og rolig. Litt langt å gå til byen, men det går fint. Lett å parkere, stedet har egen parkering for 15 euro dagen. Frokosten er veldig hyggelig, det var kjempefint

Chambre propre avec des draps qui sentaient le savon de Marseille, petit dej nikel avec l’essentiel, personnels à l’accueil parfait. Seul bémol c’est l’odeur de la salle de bain sinon tout est parfait. Emplacements également nikel

The hotel is very old and quite run down. The room felt dingy and the tiles in the bathroom on the floor were cracked in several places which could cut your feet. Breakfast had a good selection.

Good location, within walking distance to town, shopping, and restaurants. Lovely view of the water, and good breakfast. The pool was good with lots of sunny areas to relax. The room was just ok - it took almost all day for housekeeping to come refresh the room, and it wasn't in the cleanest condition.

Un personnel accueillant au service de son client. L'hôtel est très bien situé, près du centre sans en avoir les inconvénients.
