Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.

Great place. Wonderful breakfast buffet, attractive pool, clean and spacious gym for basic workout, great room views of the city.

Front desk staff were helpful as was the lady in the terrace bar on our first day.

Good breakfast. Decent room. Perfect location to the bus into town and to a local supermarket. Pool is very small, and no umbrellas around the pool so no shade atall in that area. Free water by reception that is never filled so you don’t actually get any 😂

The room was large and clean! The view was pretty. Only complaint is the gym didn’t open early. Normally they are open early or even 24hours. Parking was good and staff was friendly

방에 물이 들어와서 교환해야 될 일이 있었는데 굉장히 빠르게 교환해 주었음. 공항에서 멀지 않고 직원들이 센스 있게 잘 대처함.

Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time

Great hotel and perfectly located for the conference I was attending.

Highly recommended Location, staff, Breakfast, the room are all appreciated. The bus is just outside, depending on where you are going. The tram is a 5 minute walk away. The freshly squeezed orange juice, the food variety and the staff during breakfast are awesome The room was clean and the music in the bathroom was an amazing surprise.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were well-maintained. We received a 5-star breakfast (my compliments to the staff) I would recommend this hotel to every traveller who wants comfort and peace of mind during their trip.

Beautiful hotel, not crazy about the showers

Se exige el pago de toda la estancia por adelantado pero una vez efectuado el pago se niegan a entregar la factura. El gimnasio un desastre, máquinas rotas y sin poder utilizarlas las pesas incompletas faltando los pares de las mancuernas las máquinas de pesas rotas y con piezas faltantes, inutilizables. Solo se podía utilizar la bicicleta en condiciones todo lo demás estaba roto o defectuoso.

Easy access to Coffee/Tea 24hrs was missing. Auto checkin was not working for me.
