Excellent stay at Eurostars Tower. The rooms, service, cleanliness, and overall experience were outstanding. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and offers beautiful views of Madrid. My only slight disappointment was that the spa and swimming pool required an additional fee and were not as impressive as I had expected. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would gladly stay here again.

My sister and I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. She was part of the Mercedes-Benz group reservation, and I extended our stay with a separate booking. From check-in, the service was poor. Despite two guests checking in together, the receptionist provided only one key and completely ignored me until I requested my own. Later, an Uber Eats order delivered to reception was never reported to me. When I called, the receptionist (Sara) initially denied it had arrived. After I referenced the delivery photo, it was suddenly found. She then refused to assist and hung up on me—twice. When I went downstairs, several staff members dismissed my concerns. One even stated that notifying guests of deliveries was “not their responsibility.” No apology, no solution, and no accountability. The entire interaction reflected a serious lack of training, professionalism, and management oversight. What made matters worse was the misleading online listing. The Expedia/Hotels.com page prominently displays a pool as the first image, yet there is no pool. We were also told that access to the sauna and jacuzzi requires an additional €30 fee, which was not clearly disclosed. Housekeeping also repeatedly failed to replenish basic items such as water and coffee. Overall, this property fell far below the standards expected of a hotel serving corporate groups. Between the misleading advertising, unprofessional staff, and poor guest service, I cannot recommend it.

Gute Lage mit Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. In wenigen Fussminuten liegt der Bahnhof Chamartin. Von diesem Punkt aus gibt es dirket Verbindungen in die Innenstadt (Sol) und zum Flughafen Barajas (T4). Andererseits sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bescheiden, denn es gibt nur wenige Supermärkte in der Gegend. Für Grosse Einkäufe liegt das Einkaufszentrum "La Vaguada" 15 Busminuten (147 & 179) entfernt.

Buen hotel, buenos desayunos y muy buen parqueadero, personal atento

Quarto limpo, cama confortável, piso aquecido no banheiro, chuveiro separado da banheira. Controle de iluminação excelente, persianas automatizadas e uma decoração muito aconchegante. Para crianças pequenas talvez o quarto não seja 100% seguro devido a existência de algumas quinas que podem oferecer algum risco, mas com o cuidado certo dos pais a estadia com certeza será tranquila e todos poderão desfrutar de um belo quarto. A academia é bem equipada e limpa. O café da manhã é excelente, tem muita variedade.

The breakfast was delicious multiple foods to pick from Now the spa the pool on the top floor you have to pay extra for that they dont tell you that when booking this hotel its not free!! Overall my stay was fantastic roberta the front desk was so helpful
