The pool and hot tubs were amazing!

Restaurant would benefit from sound baffling - loud guests at one table could be heard throughout the dining room.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool with the beautiful views.

This is a nice getaway. The pool and hot tubs are good as ever. The full kitchen and bbq area is always nice. The furniture is getting a bit dated and wore out but that is my only negative comment.

Very nice rooms but thin walls. Fixtures are old in bathroom. Dinner was sub par at their restaurant. Lots of opportunity’s to improve. Example/suggestion's: keep kitchen door closed so you don’t have kitchen staff staring at customers eating and also cutting down on the noise. Move dirty hamper to inside the kitchen and not out on the floor. Terminal in the corner is an eye sore and should be moved to the front podium or something. Bar stools at the bar would be nice. The steak was cold and not salted or peppered and the compound butter never even melted half way. Waitress messed up the order and I decided it wasn’t worth mentioning and didn’t know how to manage 3 tables. Also was sitting on the dining floor on her phone. Could offer continental breakfast on request especially with the price. But all in all it is a nice place, it just needs a manager to polish it properly.

There were nice kitchen facilities, but I didn't get a chance to use them. Also, the sofa was so old that the fabric was frayed.

It is a good price but the building is old with noisy corridor

Mostly positive but the in room AC was so loud it was hard to sleep.

This hotel is in a quiet and safe location and is on the east shore of Lake Osoyoos. The hotel has underground parking and is a walkable distance to restaurants.
