Front desk lady was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Love this hotel is clean and quiet!

The price is affordable, the rooms I stayed was clean and tidy, the services of the staff is good.

We had a good stay. Breakfast was nice enough. Only niggle was that there was a bus and car parked in the only area outside the hotel so when we booked a taxi we weren’t able to get it. They don’t come in and no one phoned the hotel to say they were outside.

Don’t use the dove soap in the bathrooms until u have checked the bottle before using it because they gave me very old soap that caused my scalp to burn and blister be safe

our room was very clean and the facilities we excellent Staff were very polite and helpful. Didn't need the parking facilities but had I needed to use the parking it was next to the Hotel. Will stay there again when in Hamilton.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast with decent choice of food. Massive car park at side of hotel as long as you register car at reception. Close to decent variety of shops and town centre. Plenty of nearby attractions.

Average stay. Not quite up to the normal Holiday Inn standards, but still a clean and comfortable hotel. Parking and drop off are a little inconvenient.

Scotland is my second home and so is this hotel. They never fail to disappoint. Heading back again in September 26. A must stay!

Reception staff were so friendly, especially Estel, room clean and functional, breakfast good, parking good and overall our stay was faultless.
