真心奉勸看到這則留言的旅客請耐心看完並選擇其他旅館，免得受一肚子氣。 這家旅館其中一名員工不誠實，退房時櫃檯的男子跟我們說我們必須付現金因為信用卡刷卡機故障了，當我們跟他說我們沒有足夠的現金，甚至把身上的現金攤給他看，這時他說刷卡機可以刷了！我不知道他對現金是否有其他不好的意圖，我只能說真的好巧，刷卡機竟然好了！ 退房後我們在等免費接駁車去機場，五分鐘後計程車到了，這名男子開始幫我們上行李，此時我們問他，這是免費接駁車嗎？此男子這時才說免費接駁車剛走，現在只有計程車可以帶我們去機場，一趟14斐濟幣。我對此非常不滿，並非付不起這14元，而是不甘被欺騙。他如果跟我們說事實，我們也會願意搭；而不是為了這點小錢毀了旅館的聲譽與其他人的努力，甚至是賠上了斐濟的名聲。我們的錢也是辛苦賺來的，不該輕易被騙走。 感謝他讓我給出了第一次的一分，如果有零分可以給絕對是零分。還沒訂房的旅客，你真的還有其他選擇；英語不夠好的旅客，你更是只有被騙的份。斐濟是來渡假的不是來受氣的。

我在这家酒店住了两晚，酒店的周边海景很漂亮，不过远离镇中心，想买点东西不太方便。第二晚，晚饭后还有提供当地的特色舞蹈表演，这个很赞。

晚上睡觉时房间里噪音特别大，想用电话联系前台，才发现没有电话。酒店里的饭还可以，味道不错。甜点冰激凌很大一份，足够两个人吃。沙拉和汤吃着还是不习惯

Generally, it is good for accommadation from the point of location. Most staff are nice and the food is also good. But unfortunately there is no service for send to airport and just pick up from airport. And some staff are careless about our request.

Good spot on the beach. Good food. Helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms were good size and comfy beds.

The room was clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Very friendly staff.

The staff was helpful; however, the rooms were not cleaned, nor were any towels provided. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights.

Great service! Although we initially faced some booking issues that took a while to resolve, the staff was incredibly accommodating and handled the situation with great warmth and professionalism. To make up for the wait, we were upgraded to a family suite, which has been fantastic. We love having our own kitchenette and a private veranda where we can enjoy the peace and quiet. The hotel offered breathtaking views. The location is unbeatable—the property is right beachfront and just a short walk to a local store, making it easy to grab supplies to cook in our suite. We’ve had such a wonderful experience that we will definitely be back!"

Directly on the beach, restaurant had excellent food. The staff was amazing. They assisted with booking tours, all of which were thoroughly enjoyable. Our flights were rearranged AFTER we checked out, so we were left with a full day with no where to go. We took a cab back to Smugglers Cove and they accommodated us with access to all amenities and storage for our luggage for the full day at NO charge. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall it’s a nice facility, it’s clean, staff are great and it’s a cheap place to stay close to airport. However, you get what you pay for. Beware that dorm bunk beds are very close together. No privacy curtains, no towels provided, lights often are turned on and off through the night so people on top bunk (especially) get woken up. During the day staff (sometimes men) just walk in/ out of room … door slams and light is turned on with no regard to anyone that might be sleeping because of a long flight. Lastly there were 2 nights (at 2:30 am and 5:00 am) where people were loudly talking and laughing for quite a while in the main lobby right outside the dorms … of course everyone was woken up.
