We booked 2 double bed room and they gave us one room that squeezed in a double bed and a bunk bed that left us no space to walk or open the luggage. The other room is bigger but hey I only booked a double bed room, not a double bed, a bunk bed, and one folding single bed. Anyways, the reception told me they gave the other double bed rooms to other people and have no correct rooms for us. We had to all squeezed into the bigger room for 2 nights. The reception is rude and not even understand English. The breakfast staff is rude, too. The blue sheet is dirty. Will never come back.

Ottimo personale alla reception, sempre sorridente. Colazione per nulla invitante, di scarsa qualità. Dopo aver letto le recensioni, all’arrivo ho chiesto una camera che non fosse in linea con quanto letto. E in effetti mi hanno dato una camera ampia, bagno rifatto, ti 32 pollici, phon e piccolo balcone. L’hotel è centrale, ci fosse una proprietà che ci credesse avrebbe grandi potenzialità

Personal muy amable. Buen desayuno. Tiene lo necesario, sin lujos, pero sin carencias.

Nous avions reservé ailleurs mais le quartier était insalu re. Nous sommes allèes a la recherche d'un autre hôtel 38 Aira n'était bien quoté mais sommes venues constater. Cet hotel ne merite pas une mauvaise note, merci a Dennis qui nous a fait voir les chambres. Merci aussi à Dania et Marcello. Les chambres ont juste besoin d'un peu d'amour mais l'emplacement est idéal

My room smelled terrible. Like a combi of sewage and mold.The showers leak and make entire bathroom floor wet. After one night i requested a room change and the lady at desk was very helpful. She took me to a new room and it also smelled awful. She agreed. Another room she offered smelled like people had recently smoked in it. The third room smelled fine so i took it. That shower also leaked and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The location is great but would not recommend this place. Very overpriced.

This Hotel has great staff who are happy to help with things I forgot to pack, the phone charger ! and also did some printing for me free of charge, so reception gets a 5 star from me, I also had an early check in on this trip with no charge. For the price is great value, my last stay I paid 36 euro for a single room. The room was clean and pleasant. I have stayed before in not such a great room, but again for the location and price its a great find and I always now stay here when I am in Palermo. Breakfast is good selection of food. The reception team are a big asset to the hotel.

Hotellet ligger vid en mycket trafikerad gata men det stör inte speciellt mycket, det bästa är att det ligger mycket nära busshållplatsen för transport till PMO flygplats. Hotellet ligger på 4:e våningen med en skranglig liten hiss som tyvärr inte alltid funkade. Rummen är små och helt basic, badrummet var väldigt fint. WiFi var väldigt dåligt.

Det var mest sötsaker till frukost vilket inte är så hälsosamt. Stock i handfatet åtgärdades inte förrän efter först fjärde dagen trots att vi sagt till tre olika personal. Vi krävde kompensation men har inte hört av någon från hotellet. Centralt läge, flygbussen stannade precis utanför.

Simple hotel in mid center of Palermo. Close to «everything», 15 min walk from the train station. Could be better kept, cleaning OK, except for plastic cup in the bathroom that was used as a garbahe bin by former guests.

Cuando llegamos, estaba la habitación lista, no habían limpiado de hace semana, muchas sociedad, pelos en el baño y ducha, las paredes sucias, sin toallas para el baño, decían que el servicio de lavandería no estaba listo, el desayuno ya no malo, pésimo horrible, nos tuvimos que ir a desayunar fuera, pan duro, sin variedad, el café de máquina malísimo, no reponían, si les pedía algo de comida se enfadaban y si le recliminabas algo sobre la habitación el personal dejaba de hablarte, no vuelvo ni gratis, yo no sé cómo Hoteles.com no revisan las calidades de los hoteles que ofrecen. Nos querían cobrar las tasas turística dos veces y a otro huéspede en la salida igual. No me fui a otro hotel porque estaban igual o muy caros.

Booked a room with a double bed. Got there and we had four beds in the room which took up all the space. Reception told is they had a bigger group before so the room stayed that way and they could not offer us the room we booked. Room smelled very badly, window could not be closed. Don‘t let them fool you with the nice balcony on the picture, ours was absolutely not the same. Do not go there.

Seriously, do not stay here. This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. I was unable to sleep during the night because the walls are SO thin and other guests were at the reception desk complaining about the cleanliness of their rooms after discovering bugs in the middle of the night. I had optimistically presumed that previous Expedia reviews about the staff’s unfriendliness would just be a cultural difference but I witnessed the receptionist yell at people in entrance foyer in the most unhinged and scary manner which ultimately motivated my decision to leave early because I felt so unsafe.

Very central! Personal is friendly! The rooms are a disaster. Dirty with mold and roaches and ants. A day before we left they asked us to pay additional taxes. By law the taxes were 24,- Euros for me and my daughter, they asked for 88,- Euros. I refused to pay. At arrival the asked for 32,- Euros in taxes which I payed. Mh. Not a place to return to.

Más que terrible, le puse una sola estrella porque no me toma 0 estrellas. Dormimos la primera noche porque llegamos muy tarde pero perdí los otros días. Estaba el baño lleno de moho no me provocó ni siquiera bañarme, toda la habitación en mal estado piso dañado clóset roto etc. Además de los indigentes casi que enfrente del hotel.
