Overall the stay was good, only elevator problem occurred during our stay

there was an accident when my friend left her phone at the breakfast hall, and they kept it safe for her. although the elevator is too small, it only fits up to 3 small persons, but we had a good time there.

Great short stay and had a decent rest.

I didn't use pretty much their facility. But their location is good because the hotel is located near the metro station (la Chapelle and la Gare du Nord). This hotel is calm and clean but the elevators were too small. The environment around the hotel is pretty creepy. If you rest there you should take the metro at station La Chapelle.
