Views of the lake were beautiful. Kids loved the pool. We didn’t get a baby bed we asked for twice. Lady at front desk was nice. Breakfast was good

It was very clean and nice. Had a pretty view from my room!

We loved our stay! The suite worked perfectly for our families needs! Breakfast was very good! The after noon food served Monday to Wednesday was also good and unexpected! We will return!

Nice employees and staff. Nice hotel stay. They even let my family do a surprise birthday gathering in the dining area after it was closed. Love it

A+/5* : The property; the staff; the amenities; the rooms; the location were all exceptional! Staybridge will definitely be our “go to” when we return for our annual visit to Hot Springs.

It was nice stay

Everything was great. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

We booked a king bed for 2 nights but when we got there, they didn’t have one available. They said the toilet was broken. They offered a room with 2 double beds. Only after we said no we needed at least a queen so my husband and I could sleep together, did they say they had a queen. The hotel has deferred maintenance issues. During our visit the laundry dryers were causing the fire alarms to go off repeatedly waking us up. The pool was not open and The elevator was out on our last morning. On the good side the room was comfortable With a nice shower. They did reimburse us for the last night due to the alarms going off.

Great property in Hot Springs! Would stay again.

This place was convenient for us but this property is in need of an update! The staff was kind but not nearly enough staff at breakfast. Always out of coffee, out of milk, etc. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked to get a little sun in the courtyard this morning while having my coffee from the delicious buffet breakfast!

We will definitely come back to stay

I was actually blown away from how nice this suite was. The location was perfect also, very close to bath house row. Also over looking lake Hamilton.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite was spacious and clean. It needed some of updating and several repairs but it was clean. One bedroom has 2 beds which we needed and was nice to have but that room had a very tight access to the bathroom. It would be a problem for large or mobility challenged people but it was okay for us. Overall it was a great space, beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great with several options. I was supposed to get a receipt sent to my email but I still haven't received it.

Good breakfast and the pool was warm enough to enjoy

Everything went well with the stay. Only problem we had was, the shower curtain rod was loose and in danger of co ing off the was. In addition the shower was difficult to turn on.

Not a terrible stay. Room was clean, dove products available, clean linen, and we had a small kitchenette, which im sure is more useful for multiple day stay. Breakfast was decent. Need more space and maybe a 2nd waffle iron. All in all it served its purpose.
