I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). There's definitely room for improvement in this area .

Great beach access. Dining excellent value for mondy

Lovely hotel, great all inclusive options. Perfectly located on a lovely beach. Great sunset. Away from all the partying on the island, but still a lot to do.

Portinatx ist ein kleiner toller Ort mit guten Restaurants (etwas versteckt).

Es gibt keine Parkplätze.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage.

Struttura ben curata con personale gentile e professionale. Mare bellissimo a pochi passi dall'hotel, ma con spiaggia pubblica con lettini e ombrellone a pagamento (24 € al giorno per 2 lettini + un ombrellone). Ristorante con cibo vario e di buona qualità. Animatori molto bravi e non troppo insistenti. Spettacoli serali molto belli. Fermata autobus a 300 metri per andare a Ibiza in circa 45 minuti a 3,10 € a persona. Ottima vacanza!!!!!

Gostei das dependências do hotel, da comida, da limpeza, o chuveiro era fraco e tive um incidente que me causou um baita transtorno, meu carro foi rebocado de uma área privada do hotel, em nenhum momento fui informada que não poderia estacionar e poderiam anunciado através das caixas de som de entretenimento para comunicar o inconveniente, mas não foi feito

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel El Greco sehr genossen! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich, das Essen und der Service ausgezeichnet.Sehr ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel.Wir können die Anlage nur weiterempfehlen!

Très bon séjour dommage de ne pas pouvoir manger à l’extérieur

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Strand, ideal zum Entspannen. Auch das Essen war recht gut. Leider sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig, erholsamer Schlaf war kaum möglich. Die Sanitäranlagen wirken veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Es gibt zwar einen Parkplatz, aber dieser kostet 10 € pro Nacht, bei dem Hotelpreis nicht angemessen. Insgesamt okay, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

Lo mejor, la excelente atención por parte de los trabajadores

Avevamo prenotato una stanza vista mare con trattamento Royal Élite per una settimana, chiedendo, prima di arrivare, la cortesia di avere la stessa dello scorso anno o una nelle vicinanze… ci viene data una stanza nel corridoio opposto, a un piano diverso, vista mare parziale perché, mettendosi al centro della stanza, per metà era vista muro!! Abbiamo fatto richiesta alla reception di cambiare stanza per 3 volte, ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero chiamato nel pomeriggio per cambiare… dopo una settimana siamo partiti e stiamo ancora aspettando la chiamata! Altro aspetto negativo le pulizie per i corridoi vengono fatte utilizzando aceto quindi l’odore che si sente passando al caldo, in quanto nei corridoi non c’è aria condizionata, è alquanto sgradevole. Buono il ristorante, ma meno degli altri anni, i bar e molto bella la baia ma vista la scarsa attenzione riservata a chi, come noi, è ospite per la quarta volta in 5 anni, ci rifletteremo bene prima di tornarci, per quel prezzo ci sono tante valide alternative.

Very friendly staff

Nice budget hotel which has been freshly decorated recently. Food buffet is decent and closeness to back is great. My only gripe, which means I won’t be returning, is the outside space is so small that people are packed in like sardines when sunbathing. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. We ended paying to upgrade to Royal Elite as there’s a separate area to sunbath but even that is fairly packed. If you like space when relaxing, my advice is find another place. If it doesn’t bother you, then this place is great for a budget stay.

We loved it

I loved how close it was to the beach. The food was really good. The wi-fi in the rooms could be hit and miss. Very quiet area, unless you are at the back of the hotel near the entrance. Lots of reverse parking beepers due to drop offs and pick ups. The hotel seemed very popular. Not as noisy with patio door shut. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay hotel was lovely as were the staff. Everywhere was kept clean and the choice of food was good. Hotel is directly on the beach which we loved.
