浴室的部分接近五星級

Location is great, only 5mins walk to major museums in Amsterdam. And 5mins to airport bus 397 station. The cleanliness of the room is below average. We stayed for 7 days and the hotel only replaced our hand towels and shower towels for 3 times. And we only had shower mat for 2 days out of the 7 days. I’m not sure it’s the environmental friendly policy of the hotel or what, but i saw no such signs in the room. And the bed linen was not changed once during our stay. I think for the price I paid, I can find better hotel than this.

旅館位置便利，離梵谷美術館、荷蘭國家博物館等都很近；但是房間極小，真的非常小！我們訂了兩個房間，入住時兩間的備品都不齊全（一間忘了放毛巾、一間少了一罐沐浴乳），雖然和櫃檯反映後很快補上，但還是覺得這樣等級的房間一晚要162歐元有點貴呀......大概阿姆斯特丹物價就是這麼高吧。

房問整潔但狹窄。

The location of the hotel is the only advantage. All the other services are awful such as the staff , size of room , hygiene of room...

Accueil à revoir, réceptionniste froide, sans sourire et peu d’explications. Le deuxième nous a reçu avec son t-shirt à l’envers (étiquette vers l’avant).. après ceci n’est qu’un détail… la chambre est très petite, en soi pour ce qu’on la utilisé c’était suffisant mais les prix sont alors à revoir pour ce genre de chambre car même un petit frigo nous n’avions pas. En ce qui concerne la propreté, le tapis n’avait pas été aspiré et le lit mal fait… notre chambre était au rez de chaussé et malheureusement donnant sur la cour arrière qui sert de fumoir et lavoir pour les employés ainsi que du parking à vélo. Des 08:00 du matin, les employés claquaient la porte pour sortir en extérieur et nous a ainsi donc réveiller. Un réveil plutôt désagréable pour une nuit à 180€. Bref, un hôtel que j’éviterai mes prochaines fois à Amsterdam.

Tiivis huone, josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Makuuhuone sekä kylpyhuone olivat molemmat erinomaisessa kunnossa. Huoneessa olisi voinut olla hieman enemmän lasku- ja kaappitilaa.

Bra läge i museikvarteren. Ca 15 min med spårvagn till centralstationen. Trevliga omgivningar med många restauranger i närheten. Inget märkvärdigt hotell, men bra rum och lugnt och tyst trots att rummet låg i gatuplan. Frukost kostade extra men rimligt pris och helt ok. Ingen bar, men vatten och läskautomater i lobbyn.

部屋の掃除が、見えにくいところほこりがたまっているなど、部屋の掃除がいまいち。

Overall positive experience staying at XO Hotel Inner, Amsterdam. Welcoming and friendly staff at the front desk and breakfast room. Great location in the museum quarter within 15-20 minutes walk to Concertgebouw concert hall, Van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum...etc. I only give 4 stars overall because the hotel does not have an ice making machine in the lobby and a mini bar fridge in the room.

Just stayed at XO Hotel Inner in Amsterdam’s Museum Quarter—3‑min stroll to Van Gogh Museum & Vondelpark, trams to Centraal at the corner. Rooms are small but spotless, with comfy beds, strong Wi‑Fi & rain showers. Great value, super walkable base for art‑hopping days!

Staff were very helpful. Joe upgraded us to have a room with a window when we requested it. Nice breakfasts.

The property was in a quiet residential area near the museum quarter.

Away from the hustle and bustle so quiet at night, but close enough to walk to the museum quarter for the trams wherever you may want to go.
