Room was great. Fast shuttle service. Corridors are a bit tired but the room was clean and bed was comfy.

Newly updated room, very nice staff, early breakfast available, the shuttle service was very efficient.The only issue was you could hear others leaving throughout the night making it difficult to sleep

Alarm clock?? Outlet in corner by the air unit does not work. Plugs will not stay in the outlets when plugged in. Corner lamp will not work and 1 table lamp does not work.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. After a long flight home from Europe it was a pleasure to have a comfortable king size bed to crawl into and a room that was spacious compared to European hotel rooms!

They charged me for 2 rooms and my mother in Law 2 rooms and then only refunded a portion of what my rate was for both rooms

Room was very clean and spacious, and staff were friendly. A great bonus that an airport shuttle is included. I didn’t really enjoy the options at breakfast which is the only reason the stay isn’t a 5-star rating.

All good except our room had no lighting except in washroom and one lamp way over in corner by window. Wish breakfast offered yogurt and granola

Rooms are exactly what you pay for…it is cheap but definitely dated. Checking in though was insane. 1 person working the front desk and a lineup nearly out the door for about 2-3 continuous hours.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel and room. Only negatives I have are that the lighting in the room uses very bright cold white light bulbs, which is a bit harsh and shower water pressure was very poor.
