I booked twin bed room, when I came in the room I just saw a double bed. The staff needed time to change the room for me.

还不错的酒店，离主要汽车站5分钟路程，出行方便，设施、服务等都还不错，早餐也丰富可以，唯一缺点就是没电梯，楼梯搬行李，也没办法老房子改造的。总体很好。

早餐很好吃，跟網路評語一樣，有多種好吃不甜的蛋糕及水果。員工有些冷漠，但會幫忙提行李。房間浴室會淹水，洗澡時要注意

房間不如整體旅館外觀來的新穎，沒有電梯，入住當天網路壞掉，房間小且暗，但早餐還不錯。

The hotel is ok but don't know why the reception are very cold and no smile compared to other hotels we stayed in Italy. You felt that you are Not welcomed here. Luckily we just stay here for 1 night only and headed to Florence. 3 minutes to bus station to Florence. 10 minutes walk to cathedral. This is the biggest advantage to this hotel.

房間算是乾淨的，早餐滿豐盛是自助的，有可頌麵包、咖啡、果汁、牛奶、麥片、優格、生火腿、雞蛋、水果。飯店的地理位置不錯，也許沒有什麼景觀，但是到車站是300公尺左右的距離，房內有暖氣供應，但是廁所內的吹風機很老舊是小敗筆。是間正統老派的飯店！

Beautiful hotel in Central Siena. Able to walk to the main square. Charming side streets and good restaurant options. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel com excelente localização e atendimento da recepção incrível. Bem pertinho de tudo, cerca de 10 minutos a pé para o Centro. É uma construção de 1870 e não tem elevador, o que foi bem complicado. O café da manhã é bem simples, pequeno e com poucas opções. Restaurantes e mercado na mesma rua.
