No complain at this price

The hotel was okay. Noticed that the towel hanger on the back of the bathroom door was previously damaged and would fall off once 2 towels where hung up. Hot water was lacking if you showered in the early morning. Room always seemed a bit cold, even with the temperature set to 25°C. Front staff also seemed to loose my reservation key and almost couldn't refund the damage deposit until I handed my receipt. Contential breakfast was also very lacking

Breakfast was good but removing the time consuming waffle and have hot eggs with sausage might be a better choice to avoid backlog line ups

Clean and spacious room, with a lot of accessories

The breakfast was lacking eggs, yogurt etc. there was coffee and muffins. Not sure if it was all eaten by the time I got there at 0730. Parking was good. I had to get someone up to the room to turn on the heat.

Guests with dogs should NEVER be put into adjoining rooms with other guests. Non-stop barking and scratching at the adjoining doors well past 1am made for an interrupted sleep. If dogs are hung to be allowed, at least put them in oneofntheroomsnjustnoffnthr elevator and not in the middle of other guests who are there to get a decent sleep.

Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy and convenient.

Room wreaked of urine it appeared as though sheets were not changed out. Cheap hotel cutting corners.

Room was great but bathroom door was squeaking and the bathroom fan was extremely noisy

Very close to Winsport centre. Good location for the event we were attending.

The room was great. Staff was very accommodating as we were checking in early and our room was all ready. When we came in at night there were a bunch of kids and adults in the breakfast room. I thought it was going to be noisy but at 11pm all was quiet and we never heard a sound until 8am (and I’m a light sleeper.) The one thing I would like to see is more accessible plug ins in all rooms. We had to move the bed to reach an outlet for my phone, and it was inside a cut out hole in the drywall. No faceplate because it was inside too far. It did work and there weren’t any issues with it. Just inconvenient. Breakfast was good except we wanted stronger coffee.

This hotel was a really good choice. Easy to reach in a handy location for our needs. The staff were great, very helpful.

The room I received was the farthest from the front desk. Got checked in and went to my room and the keys did not work. They thought that was funny. Got in my room finally and pulled my blankets back to see a stain on the sheets. Won’t be staying there again.

Rooms were okay no shuttles to and from the airport had to uber both ways staff were not very helpful on checking in
