絕對不要住這間！住4晚安排在泳池椅子正上方準時7點有人跑跳衝刺滑水道泳池，打掃呼喊移動怕你不知道，連續2晚一早房門被打開，跟內部反應都沒消息，只能自力救濟桌椅抵著房門，第2次抓到一個印度男孩跑進屋內都在早上7-9之間，感覺這旅店有出租給當地印度人居住。

chambre très propre, impersonnelle aucune deco Parking sécurisé pour la nuit un plus très bon petit déjeuner, par contre le soir au bar c'est une autre histoire pas de bière, pas de vin , pas de whisky une seule proposition du rhum. Attention piscine bruyante choisissez bien votre chambre ;) Très bon emplacement dans le centre ville enfin bref une chambre pour dormir mais un hôtel qui ne vous invite pas a rester dans le bâtiment. Attention pas d'internet

Stayed numerous times over many years not much has changed, great valve for money compared to the big chain hotels, Staff great and friendly, Suggest on you next trip try SMI, try the slide

The staff were awesome! The rooms however were a different story. The room I was in had bed bugs and the bathroom was leaking. But it had a microwave, a toaster and an electric kettle with kitchen utensils.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is also located in a great position near the public park and walking distance to CBD

Position! Yes this stay is walking distance to the centre. A short walk to the Grand Pacific Hotel great for sun downers. Alfred park to watch locals playing all kinds of sport. Big basic rooms, clean.

The property was quiet clean. We checked in straightaway with the kids. We checked out without the staff charging our food to the room and they kept ringing us while we were in the church service.

Staff be honest in their work..

Property was acceptable. Older facilities but still clean and acceptable. It was close to town and convenient.

First off all was told that the room I payed for mths ago was not available anymore, was offered a 1 bedroom room for the 4 of us, after refusing that room I was given a room close to what I ordered but was to have a pull out lounge but didn’t get that, would have been nice to receive a email to just let us know that they had a booking for girls soccer team that was so noisy ever morning and night. Ask for a blanket still waiting for that, the lady behind the counter was so unfriendly wouldn’t even say good morning to us, but the young man was very nice and helpful, I sorry but I was so disappointed I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there. I recommend this property. It has a nice swimming pool its in a really nice area where you can walk to town. The staff are really friendly and they consistently check on you. There are really nice restaurants in the neighborhood. There is Albert park close by and there is always something happening there that you can watch. You have the option to pay for your own internet I really enjoyed my stay.
