酒店整体感觉很舒服，尤其是它的海水泳池还有酒店工作人员的热情服务都堪称一流

Equipe mal treinada e confusa, reservaram a nossa mesa no restaurante errado e não conseguiram resolver a situação. O sistema de reserva de restaurantes do hotel só libera a reserva com 48h de antecedência, e alguns não tem disponibilidade, ou seja, nos primeiros dois dias da hospedagem não conseguimos reservar o restaurantes (e a reserva é obrigatória). Tinham muitas pombas no restaurante do buffet, que ficavam circulando entre as mesas e voando perto da comida. A qualidade da comida dos restaurantes, no geral, é ruim. Alguns funcionários são muito mal educados e grosseiros, principalmente a garçonete Nati do restaurante Agave. A sauna e a piscina do spa também só podem ser acessados pelos hóspedes mediante reserva, e só havia disponibilidade para 3 dias após a data solicitada. Alem disso, o hotel cobra para a utilização da sauna.

Fine resort, just uncomfortable beds

So as an overall, we think the hotel is very nice. The setting, swimming pool, facilities are good. The reason why we only gave it 3/5 stars is because I think there are a few things lacking. Our stay includes the breakfast, the variety is good but the quality could be better. Some things were good but others like the sausages and bacon are not of great quality. The other thing is that the staff are not that well train, some were good and others pretty bad. the cleaning of the rooms are generally not very clean. The hotel has a lot of potential and if they get the staff more well trained overall and improve the food quality then it would be much better. Although we went to oasis restaurant, the food was very good

The room cleaning was a bit average. After cleaning each day, floors are still dirty. Noticed they don’t hoover but instead uses a mop which looks rather dirty. After clean, floors still makes my feet dirty. Breakfast has good variety but quality not great but overall ok. Staff not trained well, some are good but general saying hi when they see you not always the case. Staff doesn’t always know things and answer your questions.

Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn man sucht, findet man immer etwas zu kritisieren. Auch hier ist nicht alles perfekt… wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel für einen erholsamen, angenehmen Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet, die Anlage ist sauber und gleicht zum Teil einem Park mit Palmen und verschiedene andere exotische Pflanzen. Die Abendunterhaltung leidet ein bisschen bedingt durch die Architektur des Atriums mit (zu) vielen Wasserspielen, was sonst einen schönen optischen Eindruck hinterlässt. Die Preise in den Restaurants fand ich zu hoch. Es gibt aber viel Auswahl: Italienisch, asiatisch, mexikanisch… Für Spa haben wir keine Zeit mehr gehabt, werden aber Aufpreispflichtig viele Anwendungen angeboten. Familien mit Kindern werden gut von den „Adults“ getrennt. Ein zusammentreffen findet dann beim Frühstücken… Extra Bereiche nur für Erwachsene sind ruhig und stressfrei. Die Strandpromenade ist mit dem Areal durch eine „Schleuse“ verbunden. Es gibt Natural Pools und Sandstrände für das Badevergnügen im Meer, unweit des Hotels.

Zimmer hatte Schimmel, wurde teilweise übermalt. Dass man eine Familie mit Baby in ein solches Zimmer einquartiert, ist nicht tragbar. Nachdem alle krank wurden, hat man uns in ein „besseres“ Zimmer geupgraded - direkt unter einem der Hauptstränge der Lüftung. Das Zimmer hatte eine Küche, welche komplett nutzlos war (kein Geschirr, keine Utensilien) und diverse Teile wie bspw. Türgriffe und Spiegel sind lose. Armaturen verkalk und/oder oxidiert. Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, teilweise aber auch faul und abgelenkt. Die Leute von der Guest Experience und ganzen Promoter mit ihrem Gelabere rund um Melias Zweiklassen-Konzept („Red Level“, „Circle“) waren unausstehlich. Richtig unauthentisch, aufgesetzt und auf sehr unangenehme Art und Weise aufdringlich.

Overall I would rate this property at 3.5 stars. Unfortunately, my wife and I were not overly impressed with a property condition, restaurants variety including table reservation system, lack of personal touch in terms of service, room location, limited options in terms of entertainment, level of prices. Having said that, location is perfect, front desk staff were very helpful.

Well run facilities across the whole site

Sehr sauber. Personal überall sehr freundlich. Hin und wieder jedoch nicht da wenn man es brauchte. Pool service klappte nicht. Abends im spezialitätenrestaurant kamen wir uns vergessen vor. In der ecke am spezial grill-kein service mehr.

Absolutwly terrible

The service was just terrible. The check in took me about 30minites. The staff were just horrible. Food is horrible and very expensive. I would mever rate this as a 5 star and would not recommemd this place at all

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und nur mittwlmässig sauber. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist heruntergekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar sehr gross aber die Qualität der Produkte passt nicht zu einem 5 Sterne Haus. Im Adults-Bereich waren Familien untergebracht, dadurch war viel Geschrei.

Un lugar tranquilo y cálido donde relajarte disfrutando del atlantico en primera línea. Atardeceres ideales ☺️

Ridiculous reservation system for the hotel restaurants. It simply does not work. Always says everything is fully booked and tables are empty. People make reservations and they don't use them. Doesn't say a lot about the kind of people that stay here.

Hôtel incroyable, belles chambres spacieuses et propres, piscines et alentours superbes. Les animations en soirée sont vraiment top.
