Beautiful location in the hills with views of green mountainside and rocks. Hotel is close to several beaches, with umbrellas to borrow. Friendly staff throughout, and a solid dinner menu (if a little heavy on inventive flavours at times) in the restaurant. Pleasant pool with (cold) jacuzzi, to make most of setting. Rooms (most called "suites") are comfortable but not very modern.

The view and surroundings are unique! It is quiet and peaceful with wonderful gardens. Spacy rooms. The lounges and tables could be fixed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The entire property is very well-kept, clean, and lovingly maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with great tips for our stay. The restaurant was excellent — both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices and everything was prepared with great care. Overall, this is a place full of charm and hospitality, and we would be happy to return. Highly recommended!

Friendly welcome, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, great pool with a very special view. Dinner at the restaurant at sunset was a real treat. We didn’t want to leave.

Marvelous little Oasis

This hotel was amazing. The staff went over and above. The food delicious, and the grounds beautiful. The pool was large and luxurious. We cannot wait to go back!

Staff was the friendliest I've met, BUT MAJOR ISSUES with Felix policies. 1. False advertisement: No AC !! No Jacuzzi! No room service! No microwaves! I'm told the outdoor Ac units are off because locals don't like it, but I paid for a room with AC, and it's hot. The jacuzzi is advertised in the guest guidebook, and it's called a hot tub on travel site ads, but in reality it's a kid pool with no heat. 2. This wasn't advertised at all, but Meal times are too strict, 8:30-9:30 breakfast, 1:30-2:30 lunch, 8pm dinner BY RESERVATION ONLY. If your schedule doesn't permit eating at those times, you're out of luck-- you STARVE. I understand Italy has specific mealtimes and siesta from 3pm-7pm, BUT YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITALITY/TOURISM industry! People traveling need to be able to eat during normal business hours / banking hours, especially with no microwaves or room in the fridge for groceries. Most of the staff was willing to accommodate, but one supervisor in the restaurant was especially rude, told other staff not to talk to us because staff was not Sardinian, rude to us when taking our food order, rude about arrive 5 minutes before breakfast closed, told us it was too late to start eating off the buffet. Callouts for great service: Vanessa, Adrian, Alicie, Giancarlo, Barbara, Antonio at the restaurant were AWESOMELY HELPFUL. Ludi and Cesca? (Two French ladies) were AWESOME at reception, advising us, helping us book boat rides & various local things to do, maps, etc. Gardeners too

Sehr schöne Anlage, wie ein Park. Super gepflegt. Zimmer etwas klein, aber sehr schön, immer sauber und mit tollem Bergblick. Auch der Pool-Bereich top. Restaurant-Essen 1a. Das Personal war rundherum sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt.

Uns als Familie hat der Park super gefallen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und gibt tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Frühstück lecker. Die Lage ist toll, um die Costa Smeralda mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen!

Ambience, food, room, comfort and most of all the staff - all excellent. A superb hotel. I recommend dining in the hotel restaurant at least once - absolutely superb, 5 star quality

Ludi, in reception was an absolute pleasure. She helped my husband and I went we checked in. We never traveled to Sargenda before and she helped us coordinate a rental car and how to get around the island. The hotel was amazing. We can’t wait to go back. The views, the restaurant, the room 10/10!

Very quite resort with a beautiful pool and wakable areas surrounded by olive trees, aromatic flowers and other vegetation. The lady at the reception was very kind and provided us with valuable information about restaurants and places to visit in the surrounding areas, she offered us to take umbrella for the sun while we were visiting the beaches, she helped us to make reservation at the hotel's restaurant which by the way is very good and gave us a home made fruit preserve as a souvenir when we left. Thanks

bel hôtel hôtel dans un cadre très joli, au calme, vue magnifique, belle piscine. Le personnel très à l'écoute. nous a permis d'arriver avant l'heure et de profiter de la piscine après le check out en attendant l'avion. met à disposition des serviettes pour la plage et des parasols laissés par les autres clients. quelques points un peu vieillots, les douches, les luminaires extérieurs et les peintures des plafonds de salle d'eau.

La dame aux cheveux courts à la réception m’a réservé e un très mauvais accueil elle était de mauvaise humeur me parlait avec mépris. J’ai réservé une chambre de 30m carré mais la chambre que j’ai eu c’est un 15m carré à manure bout du domaine la toute dernière et j’ai du galérer avec mes valises pour y accéder 😞
