really one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. (and I've stayed in hundreds.....). Dirty rooms, rusty and broken bathroom sink... and unhelpful staff. and some staff were actually unfriendly... No room amenities = no coffee , no hair conditioner.... ... and (final straw....) they did not inform us that their lobby was under renovation which meant we had to drag our luggage up and down a steep set of outdoor stairs to their basemnt whete they had set up a temporary reception...

Very nice hotel and good location; the cleaning service is good! Only one problem is the lift availability, always need to wait for long time

Comfortable room. The facilities in underground floor is great. Very near to the Rathaus(Xmas market). A male staff in their restaurant(Rebelli) is disorganised. All in all, we are satisfied during our six nights in this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was a great location for a good price. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever have! It was amazing, diverse, and filled even my very hungry husband.

Good bar service. Breakfast not used. No tea or coffee facilities in the room

The rooms are very small and dated. It had a moldy old smell. After 2 nights I came back to my room with a note that says I need to vacate my room due to plumbing issues. This is not acceptable because Injad reservations early the next morning and now I have to pack to change my room.

Albergo moderno gestito da personale giovane e smart. Quest'ultimo risulta ubicato in una posizione centrale (fermata metro a meno di 5 minuti a piedi). Camere piccine, ma ben arredate. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Ottimo ristorante/pizzeria italiana. Super soddisfatti della scelta, consiglio!
