房間廁所有蚊滋，自助早餐款式少，好處樓下有Lawson，周圍方便飲食

早餐食品差，服務員完全不懂英語及普通話，床褥太軟，房間沒有任何支裝水供應。

地點非常好，旁邊有大型停車場，票卡給櫃枱可以以一千二百日元停一晚，走路到熊本城不到十分鐘，附近有櫻町購物中心，上通下通銀座通等購物的地方，地點很讚。

close to the castle and next to shopping street you can find a lot of nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner

離市電辛島町站很近 且逛街吃飯都很方便 枕頭很舒服好睡

Ordinary business hotel, SP value in general, breakfast level can be, no special surprise but the average level. And the store area is relatively close to shopping is very convenient.

Since we need to take 2 station subway from JR station, the hotel is located in shopping & dining centre. this is my second tiime to live in Comfort GRoup hotel, the breakfast is not good as my last experience in Sapporo, but still in acceptable level.

reasonable price, clean room. Location is great, close to tram station and shopping street. Staff is nice, willing to help guest solving problems and understand English well. great to have in-room air purify and humidify machine. Weather is not so cold but air-con only deliver warm air, a little bit hot.

由熊本站乘電鉄到達新市街只需要15分到20十分鐘買算方便，樓下附近就是食街商店街，環境方面寧靜不會嘈吵，到熊本遊玩會再次選擇

近辛島町站，附近有商店街，很好逛。行去熊本城也不遠。可惜我們去的時候天氣不好，熊本城沒有開放給進去，到門口才發現關了，很可惜。房間很舒適，職員也很親切，還有自助早餐，雖然款式很少，但也不錯的，性價比很高！

房間有點小，近商場及景點

間酒店位於上下通丁隔離，離熊本城都近！對想購物又想觀賞景物的人係一個不錯的選擇！而且酒店的房間算大！因為我們放兩個中形喼都仲有好多空間！對於日本的酒店來說算大的！由於我們是地震前去的！我希望所有熊本的人可以渡過今次的難關

Walking distance to Kumamoto castle. Lots of good restaurants and shops near the hotel. Love the location but the room is a bit small....

Overall tiny and clean, but the WiFi is dead even the staff fix one time. You can't believe there are no WiFi service nowadays!! And the hotel did not provide air condition during March, although staff is helpful and sincere, they only provide their small fan and suggest you open the window! That night experience is not good.
