Hervorragende Lage innerhalb der Stadt. Das Fenster ist nur wenig gegen Lärm gedämmt. Die Straßengeräusche während der Nacht sind allerdings gering.

Zimmer war okay, aber ziemlich einfach. Klimaanlage funktionierte kaum und war laut. Fenster liess sich kaum öffnen. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, die Lage ist aber sehr gut und das Personal hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstück.

Die leeren Gläser und Flachen (von der Hotelbar) wurden nicht weggeräumt sie standen bei der Abreise immer noch im Gestell. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, alles zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Der Prei von 457 Euro die Nacht für dieses kleine Zimmer unter dem Dach war total überrissen.

Ibis Centro is in a superb location in Bilbao. We were here for a rugby finals weekend but this city has so much more to offer. Superb cuisine and an amazing old town to explore as well in Casco Viejo. And of course the Guggenheim Museum is a must-see. All within easy walking distance. The hotel is really relaxing and the staff are awesome. We needed an 0500 taxi for an early flight and they took care of all bookings and even confirmed the evening before. Fantastic service all round.

We were able to check in early. The staff was helpful during our stay. Environmental friendly hotel! Location is great for walking around the city. Breakfast was included with our room and had a variety of food. Recommended!

Hotel muito bem localizado e com um excelente café da manhã. Desta vez fiquei apenas um pernoite e fiquei em um quarto ruim, no fim do corredor, com um banheiro com cortinas que molhava tudo. Não gostei do quarto, apenas.

I was allowed to check-in early which is always a bonus. The staff throughout my stay were friendly helpful and didn't have to wait for anything, bar, safe deposit box etc. It is ideally located for the Old Town (15 minutes walk) Gugenheim (20 minutes walk) there are also excellent bars and restaurants right outside. Thank you for a pleasant stay

Hotel muito bem localizado, da pra fazer basicamente tudo a pé. Muito limpo e organizado, padrão Ibis.

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a hospedagem tanto que ficarei lá de novo quando voltar. Tudo foi muito bom.

Closed to a not so safe neighborhood

Kein Schnickschnak Hotel, alles vorhanden was der Mensch benötigt, gutes Bad, freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, gutes Frühstück gute Stadtlage.

O café da manhã é muito bom, os funcionários e atendimentos foram excelentes. O único ponto muito negativo foi a limpeza do quarto e do banheiro. Havia cabelo, pelos de outro hóspede, o cheiro da toalha era bem ruim. Até mesmo na porta do quarto havia resto de pão ou algo do gênero.

El hotel tiene un excelente localización con estaciones del metro y el bus bien cercanas. Son 15 minutos caminando a la estación central y 15 minutos caminando al Museo, también está bien cerca del Centro Cultural. Tuvimos un percance con el baño y el staff fue inmediatamente a resolverlo. El desayuno estuvo buenísimo! Calientito y con muchas opciones. Lo recomiendo.
