Ate at the bar and dinner was fantastic. The service has been excellent.

No pool or hot tub. Refrigerator had a used water bottle and an empty cup. So it wasn’t clean

The hotel was so noice. We left at about 3am because we couldn’t sleep and had to get another hotel.

The floors were disgusting in the room took a white towel and wiped up a 3 x 3 spot and it never almost completely brown. If you were barefoot, you could feel something really sticky. It would turn your feet black. If you’re wearing socks, it would turn your socks black too also.

It is always clean, great staff, great location. It’s always my number one pick in Abilene!

The hotel staff were all amazing. I would stay here again, but only for how friendly and helpful the staff were. When we walked into our room it was very clean and spacious, but than the main light started flickering. We couldn't keep it on and it was the main light in the room without the blinds open. Then when I went to the bathroom, there was no stand or holder or anything for the toilet paper. We had to open a roll and put it on the sink and it got wet. The air conditioning cooled the room great but it was loud and rattled so every time it came on while we were sleeping it woke us up. The breakfast was delicious and they can make anything. Another big highlight.

The room was very nice and spacious, there is a great snack bar to purchase your evening cravings. The bar is open till 10 pm.

This hotel is wonderful. Clean modern and a great staff. Love having the lobby bar a restaurant. Very convenient.

Room seemed sticky as if staff rush the cleaning of the room. There were no trash bags to throw trash. Trash cans are so small. Toilet is very low to the ground for some reason. It was nice cold air was one good thing.

Ev charger did not work. Front desk person said o well, I can refund your money because we can resell the room. Caused me to have to charge at a Tesla station for over an hour.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds .Breakfast was great made to order omelets by Josh. Tessie our server was great ! Would stay again..

Very clean!

We have stayed at this property dozens of time. Check-in was a mess. I showed up at 2:45 and was told the room was not ready. I was quickly reminded check-in is 4 PM. I gave it 45 minutes and came back to find the room still not ready. I had heard them radio the housekeeping staff who stated they only needed to make the bed in room 305. We ended up having to leave. We did get back into the room around six. I was also informed my room was accessible. I asked for a different room and they told me it was impossible even though they had plenty of rooms available. They stated the reason was because it was booked through a third-party. I’ve never had that issue Come up in all of my travels. Although the reservation may have been inadvertently booked as accessible,We did not need an accessible and by having one, could have potentially taken one away from someone who really needed it. This was not the Customer Service we have been accustomed to at this property over the years. We will consider other options for our next visit.
