We did not get the email of the hotel before our check-in because the hotel email was automatically categorised by email service as junk mail. We went to the hotel at 4pm in the afternoon but there was nobody, either in the hotel or its reception. There was no notice on the gates or its web site on its opening hours. We tried to call its numbers but there was no answer, even its mobile phone number. We ended up staying at a cafe for more than half hour because our call finally reached someone. Notwithstanding our experience, the staff excused that they would not operate between 3pm to 6pm, and they have already tried to reach us by email/phone in advance but in vain. As for the room, it was not spacious but the toilet/bathroom was ridiculously large, so there was less room for our luggage. Please also note that the hot shower was not stable and it may turn cold if continued. The breakfast was ok except that the omelette was always charred. The view of the room, though not bad, is not exclusive and people may pass by. Please also note that, while the hotel is not far from bus terminal, there is a steep slope with rough surface so it would be a painful experience if you have heavy luggage on roller. The hotel also refused to help take our luggage to the bus terminal, though it's not far.

George provided great service. Very nice and helpful, Wifi was fine and shuttle service early in the morning to the airport was punctual and excellent. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

We spent only one nigth, the hotel location is EXCELLENT! close to all shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and smelled really good, check in was quick and easy, very friendly, gave us tips on how to see Santorini in such a short time. The view from the hotel is breathtaking!! Breakfast was delcious, we will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Caring and connected staff, especially Stelios. Unbeatable view of the caldera and immediately next to all of the action but without the noise. Our suite really felt more like we were living in a cliffside villa than in a boutique hotel. Exceptional.

We had the best stay at Pantelia suites in Fira. Beautiful little hotel, centrally located with gorgeous views, clean and most importantly with the friendliest most helpful staff. George and Stelios are truly fantastic; they will go out of their way to accommodate you and will give you the best recommendations, always with a big smile. Big bonus: you can watch Santorinis gorgeous sunset from the privacy of your hotel terrasse without having to fight other tourists for a spot. Amazing stay, we hope to be back some day!

everything about this hotel was amazing. The WiFi was good, it was only a five minute walk to the bus station, there were so many restaurants in less than a 2 minute walk, I would recommend this hotel to everyone

We thought this was the perfect location in Santorini, Fira over Oai. Suites in a very safe and quiet cliffside but just steps from the action. Best views on the island. Very traditional and historical architecture. Huge breakfast custom built to your liking. Beautiful plunge pool and sun lounge. Staff who makes it so easy with tour, transport and restaurant support. The perfect balance between tranquility and action!

Magnificient position with stunning views over the caldera, lovely semi-private terrace , great breakfast every morning on the terrace and great service from wonderful staff. An easy 5 minute stroll to the cental shopping area. A definite 'must come back' hotel.
