We stayed 4 nights at stella grand, in a sea view room. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony and a nice view of the pool area. The sea and the beach are a bit far. The truely sea view rooms are very far rooms or sea front suites, The beach and the sea are beautiful. The pool is large with nice water falls. The 3 restaurants are clean and offer varieng menues.They offfer char grilled meat and sea food daily. The only drawbacks are the hotel is a part of a large compound, so the enterance to the hotel is a very long distance from the gate. The balconies do not have screens to prevent mosquitor or flies from entry. The staff is very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay

Nice hotel, big pool, nice rooms. But on 2 days very loud music everywhere. No chance to find a quiet place to relax. The sayd it is for a good mood to celebrate Easter time...

Check-in took 20 minutes as i was waiting in line. Most staff are nice but those in the restaurant dont understand english. The dinner buffet was poor

It was good overall although they didn't put all of us ( 11persons) near to each other in the rooms, the meals were ok . It was my first time since years to come to Egypt, it was not excellent, but it was ok, they offered a cake for our anniversary. Thanks to Maria in reception and to all team

Carolyn from guest relations was very helpful and very efficient in organizing 2 celebrations ( a birthday & a wedding anniversary) within a short notice. Rizk & Mohammed ( house keeping & room services ) were excellent 👌 Last but not least, Mina ( deputy director) successfully addressed our issue.

Echt geen aanrader dit hotel. Garden view kamer, maar helaas elke nacht moeten kijken naar paar bomen en niet naar de tuin. Mocht ook niet van kamer upgraden want dat had ik eerder moeten doen. Ook mocht ik niet mijn kamer upgraden bij de incheck naar all inclusive omdat het ook te laat was ? Nooit eerder meegemaakt. Medewerkers vriendelijk, totdat je ze om extra werkt van 1 seconde. Zwembad mag je niet duiken. Strand was ondiep, dus je kon overal staan en amper zwemmen. Omgeving heel slecht, er valt namelijk nergens iets te doen hier, en geen vervoer mogelijkheden. Oprecht geen aanrader.
