El personal súper amable. Nos permitieron hacer la entrada antes porque teníamos una boda más tarde. Especialmente atentos a las necesidades de nuestro bebé. Quizá la peor parte sea el aparcamiento, que es algo escaso y el acceso no es cómodo.

Un hotel de familia, nos ha encantado con la amabilidad que nos han tratado. Nos hemos sentido como en casa

Everything great. Loved that our two little dogs welcome. So quiet and peaceful. Very clean and modern. Receptionist very friendly and spoke English. Location good near a river with a paved walkway along side of it to walk the dogs. Petrol station next door to refill our tank before going onward with our journey.

Habitación correcta, desayuno muy bueno en la mesa y hotel bien comunicado.

Check in very easy, very nice staff member on reception, room very clean and comfy, stayed a few times here always the same nice atmosphere, thank you see you again soon...

Hôtel très propre, moderne, chambres minimalistes. Personnel gentil et attentionné. À l’extérieur de la ville, un avantage et un inconvénient selon les points de vue. Stationner est difficile à Pampelune centre.

Easy to book, easy check in, good value, lovely clean rooms, we've stayed 7 times now just over night so have had different rooms, all are comfy and clean, what more could you want Thanks...

Bien en general. La recepción es la misma barra de la cafetería, lo que despista. La habitación daba al río, muy agradable. No hay minibar

Ingen parkering som lovet.måtte mere end 1 km væk for at finde lovlig parkering. Sengetøjet i den ene seng var meget vådt. Så vi måtte dele en enkelt seng. Personalet udviste kun ligegyldighed.

Séjour magnifique, chambre très très spacieuse et très propre. Personnel très gentil. Je recommande à 100 % c'est pour cela nous avons repris une nuit supplémentaire.

El hotel es súper bonito, muy limpio y el staff es increíblemente amable está fuera de la ciudad pero no muy lejos y el staff es muy amable un lugar que por si solito vale la pena visitar

Relación calidad precio, muy bueno. El personal muy amable. Todo limpio, bien comunicado, autobús para el centro muy cercano.
