5 star in every way great pool beach and access to beachside restaurants palma old town 8 miles away but can be reached by express bus also taxi to old town for $20

Few steps away from beach, the boardwalk has a party vibe. Clean room, a little pricey, breakfast buffet is so worth it, nice staff in general. The only negative was the front desk was not very helpful after loosing iPods. They didn’t even ask the location of where we lost it. The snack bar needs a variety of other items. It also runs out quickly.

Hotellet ligger i kort avstand fra flyplassen, man kan ta billig flybuss som stopper rett utenfor. Ingen plagsom flystøy. Vi var på 1 uke ferie sammen med familie. Vi hadde rom ved siden av hverandre, plassert etter god forståelse fra hotellet. Dette er et veldrevet hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet nær Palmastranden, bare 1 minutt å gå til stranden. Hotellet har eget pool-område med utmerket poolbar for lunsj. Det ble servert gratis forfriskninger til gjestene i løpet av dagen. Vi hadde halvpensjon, der både frokost og middag besto av bugnende buffeer, middagsbuffeen hadde skiftende tema gjennom uken. Maten var god, mye tilberedt av kokkene direkte bak disken både til frokost og middag. Middagssalen ren og pen, med god service fra servitørene. Internett på rommet fungerte godt og med tilfredsstillende hastighet. Alt i alt et flott opphold av høy kvalitet. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool Blick. Balkon. Schoen wären immer auf dem Balkon zu dem Tisch und den beiden Stühlen zwei Liegestühle ..das war ok für mich dass es das nicht gab aber wäre auch schön gewesen diese zu haben - vor allem bei der Abend Sonne .. sonst war alles perfekt

Property is nice but I’d say solid four star not five . Rooms are large and we had a nice balcony facing the water. We were not fond of bathrooms lay out that lacked privacy . Staff were very friendly and pool and gym well equipped. All meals were buffet style which were good although I’m not a big fan of dinner buffets. Location assuming weather is good is typical beach like but on a rainy day you are limited for activities. Overall a nice stay but not great

The property is beautiful, the staff very helpful, I booked an Ocean view, but I got a palm tree view very disappointed

For the price we had an amazing experience, perfect location, beautiful views , great breakfast buffet and friendly and accommodating staff

I have stayed a number of times in this hotel and really like the vibe here but this time it was not so good. It got off to a bad start when receptionist said they do not recognise Hotels.com (Expedia) Gold VIP members, even though it states very clearly on Hotels.com that they do!! Even when I tried to show them this they said they do not work with Hotels.com Gold / VIP. Very frustrating start to the visit (I do think Hotels.com / Expedia also need to communicate better with their hotels that if they give them this status that they need to notify ALL their staff - but even when I was leaving, another staff member still told me they do not have any Gold / VIP arrangement with Hotels.com / Expedia, when I was just trying to give feedback before I left. He said there was no point asking to see the manager as he also will not know!!). As always, it was nice around the pool and I was really lucky with unexpected sunny weather. Room very clean, as always, bed comfortable and breakfast generous and fresh. However, as always, the coffee in the bar / terrace is terrible, the windows on the street side are filthy and now they are also charging to use the tiny sauna and plunge pool! Drinks service around the pool was also slower this year, even though it was not as busy as I've seen it before. There was also a bad smell in the elevators. I've always rated it five out of five on every previous visit, but this year just not so good, sadly, but would still recommend overall.

Sauber , Pool könnte wärmer sein , Restaurant/ Essbereich sehr voll und oft rauchig vom kochen , vieles war zu lauwarm oder kalt was warm sein sollte , diese Starprestige Möglichkeit ist sehr störend , entweder alles für alle oder gleich sein lassen, Zimmer sind gross und Balkone sehr gut und sonnig , Personal am Pool ist zu wenig präsent, manche Speisen gelingen nicht und müssen zurück gehen , Personal sehr nett an der reception und hilfreich , vor allem Ebija ist super freundlich, gutes Hotel mit etwas wenig Platz im essbereich aber insgesamt gut und schön angelegt

Alles war perfekt. Wir hatten Star Prestige gebucht. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse war herrlich.

Zuerst ist das Personal zu erwähnen, die ganze Mannschaft war einfach spitze und immer freundlich und um das Wohlbefinden äußerst bemüht. Die Gastronomie, ist hervorragend und für jeden etwas dabei, besonders die Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen ist einfach klasse. Der außen Pool ist ganz okay, die Dachterasse mit Pool ( Nutzung mit Prestige Buchung) ist schon cool, auch hier kann der Service in Anspruch genommen werden. Wir waren alleine schon wegen der Lager rundum zufrieden und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.
