Solicité una salida anticipada de un dia a una semana de llegar al hotel y me negaron el reembolso de ese día a pesar de cobrarlo por políticas del “hotel” por más que lo hablé con Expedia y el hotel solo se hecharon la bolita el uno y el otro, por algo que estaba avisado

As instalações do hotel são boas e limpas mas o pessoal da recepção não é nada simpático e nós da impressão que estão fazendo um favor em Nós hospedar. A comida do buffet é’ excelente mas é’ preciso ter um atendente ali para ajudar os hóspedes a evitar comportamentos inadequados. Por exemplo, uma noite durante o jantar um homem começou a espirrar em cima da comida do buffet enquanto se servia que nos desencorajou de comer. Se tivesse alguém ali para convida-lo a se desviar da direção da comida ajudaria. Enfim geralmente correu bem mas o atendimento deixou a desejar. Outro homem pegava o pão para cortar sem o guardanapo que estava ali disponível para não tocar no pão com as mãos que talvez não foram Lavadas.

Bad "customer service." Upsold us to a room that had smallest balcony in entire building. Put us at end of long hallway and walk knowing I had bad knee requiring surgery. Told us beach chairs and umbrella available for rental--a lie. None on beach in front of hotel. Chairs and umbrellas nearby were all rented by other tourists. Locked us out of room at 9:30 a.m. on day of departure and our rental car was waiting out front to move us out. Totally low class experience.

The property was great. It was an ideal location for our Palma vacation. The staff were excellent. The front desk person Alex was so amazing in helping with restaurants and day trips. His hospitality and cordiality was 5 Star service. The facilities, pool, rooms, were awesome

Très bon établissement avec de très belles chambres, une piscine très agréable et une très bonne restauration. Le personnel est aux petits soins!! Je recommande cet établissement !!😍

Das Hotel hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Hotel mit tollem Service, schönen Zimmern und bestem Essen. Sehr freundliches Personal und guter Lage. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder.

Muy buen Hotel!

매우 환경친화적입니다 층마다 정수기가 설치되어 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔이 너무 예쁘고 sea view에서 보이는 멋진 노을이 감동적입니다. 화장실 방음이 조금 아쉬웠지만 아침부페도 멋지고, 모두 만족했습니다. 다음에 오게되면 한번 더 묵고 싶은 호텔이네요.

It was amazing!!! Welcome-Team was great, room was great, everything was great. In January / February, it us also very affordable - Whenever I will go back to Mallorca in January (third time meanwhile), I will only chose Iberostar!!

Tolles Hotel mit einem sehr freundlichem, zuvorkommenden Personal. Der vom Rezeptionisten mit 26 Grad angepriesene „beheizte“ Pool entpuppte sich leider als Falschaussage mit enttäuschenden 22 Grad. Unser Zimmer war sauber, praktisch und wir haben uns wohlgeführt. Der Ausblick aufs Meer war ein Highlight. Beim Frühstück sowie Abendessen besteht leider auch sehr sehr viel Luft nach oben. Man fand zwar immer etwas zum Essen aber die Qualität, Temperatur und Garstufen des Essens waren leider nie zufriedenstellend.

Excellent staff, very friendly and informative. the food is delicious with lots of varieties.

Besonders hervorzuheben: überaus freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen!
