从入住开始，我第一次住在这里的经历就不太令人满意。

酒店很漂亮，很舒适，食物很美味，服务很好，我升级到了一间漂亮宽敞的房间。

酒店位置优越，但清洁度很差，我住了 4 天，他们没有更换玻璃，而且工作人员非常傲慢。

Great. We would like to come back many times. It is so quiet and clean. Hotel is also good, check in, food, taxi, and best service.

I stayed at 4 different hotels in Bangkok and this hotel is the best. The duty manager upgraded my room to suite. We love all the facilities in the room such as free snacks and additional mineral water when we asked. The outdoor facilities such as pool, jacuzzi, game room, reading room, etc. My daughter really love the game room and the playground. This is the best hotel for family with childrean and we definitelly will stay at this again ifwe come to Bangkok.

Had an amazing 5D4N stay at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri! The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay in Bangkok!

Excellent room ❤. Room is very large and clean, complete with kitchen, microwave, washing machine, living room and separate bedroom. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower. Very satisfied ❤.

Secondly, the food tastes simply intoxicating! Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every dish is filled with carefully selected ingredients and cooking passion. Every bite is mouth-watering and unforgettable. Overall, Grande Center Point Ratchadamri not only provides a first-class accommodation experience, but also hits the mark in terms of cleanliness and food. This is simply a paradise that makes people forget to leave!

This is my second time to this hotel, thank you very much for the administrator and management to upgrade the king room for free, very good customer services and the hotel is hygiene. Breakfast also nicely good taste, entertainment got PS5, Gym room and swimming pool, it's a good experience in their hotel!

Value for money. But the wheelchair accessibility, specifically in the entrance lobby area is less than desirable. As it (the wheelchair support incline) have to be manually installed, and for 3 nights stay there, there is only 2 times that the staff supported us. Majority of the time there is no staff there, or they are not aware enough and only help when they notice we doing it ourselves.
