A very nice stay.

After you get off from the train station, take the boat to San Zaccaria stop and it takes around 45 min and then by walking 10 min to arrive the hotel. Not difficult to find if you are opening the google map. Near the main tourist attractions by walking around 5 min, The view in the room is also nice. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. The room is comfortable and large.

Fantastic room and great location. Staff were friendly and professional.

I felt like we got ripped off. We asked for a canal view and our room was so dark and it didn't really have a full window to look out of. We spoke to some other guest and paid more than them but didn't have a nice room like theirs. It was disappointing. I really felt like we over paid for our room.

At first I was disappointed because the room was a bit tired, the layout odd, and the canal was tiny and not really a view. But I came to feel very comfortable and enjoy the great location, authenticity, and the staff who were all great except for one snarky man. All others were so helpful and welcoming.

Great central location. Relatively quiet compared to main touristy locations but still quite close to main attractions. Despite being in an older exterior building the interior was very modern and up to date. The rooms were also quite spacious and unique, and I think better than shown in photos. Wonderful staff.

Lovely hotel with private dock for water taxi. Easily walkable to all areas. Dining and shopping in the surrounding area. Beautiful rooms.
