Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben den dritten Aufenthalt bereits gebucht. Wunderschöne Lage und kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Lange Strandspaziergänge in beide Richtungen möglich. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Büffets und AI-Getränkekarte. Als Highligt eine 24-Stunden-Kaffee- und Snackbar im Lobbybereich. Saubere, sehr gut eingerichtete Zimmer (Safe, Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher). Die einzigen kleinen Nachteile, die uns aufgefallen sind: Die Zimmer sind trotz Klimatisierung nach unserem Geschmack etwas warm und das Fitness-Studio ist für die Größe des Hotels etwas klein. Läufer / Jogger können aber direkt vor dem Hotel auf der Promenade nach Morro Jable loslaufen. Für uns als Nichtraucher wäre es auch schön, wenn auf den Balkonen Rauchverbot wäre, denn ein Kettenraucher im Nebenzimmer kann einem den Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon schon verderben. Aber insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Zimmer mit Meerblick ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und immer freundlich und aufmerksam.

The hotel is at a nice location with the beach and ocean right in front of it. The room seems well maintained, and there are free water stations everywhere for guests to use. Dinners are very good, and we were pleasantly surprised by the seafood day with high-quality seafoods like lobsters and crabs served at the buffet. The hotel offers various events and workshops everyday, so that everyone can find something for themselves. We especially enjoyed the Spanish fans painting and the soap-making workshops. The hotel app, despite minor design glitches and areas of improvement, was convenient to use during our stay. In terms of the cons, the room did not have one big bed, instead, it's two single beds put together and the beds easily moved. In addition, the plates, bowls and glasses in the main restaurant were always dirty, which significantly impacted the dining experience. This did not improve, unfortunately, despite multiple complaints. The main restaurant lacked style, and the decoration and location did not feel like one of a 5-star hotel. Overall it was a nice experience.

Pessima esperienza. Stanza assegnata non in linea con le aspettative, non degna di un 5 stelle. Servizi modesti ed anche questi decisamente sotto gli standard della categoria. Personale per nulla propositivo e non in grado di soddisfare le esigenze del cliente: freddo, distaccato, anche nelle comunicazioni prima del soggiorno sono stati poco chiari e non trasparenti. Veramente una grande delusione, sconsiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel!

Amazing food and great beach

Rating: 2/5 – Beautiful Beach, Disappointing Experience Overall This was, unfortunately, one of the more disappointing stays we’ve had. To start with the positive, the beach itself is absolutely beautiful and is easily the highlight of the property. The entertainment team was also a bright spot-they were engaging and did a great job, especially for families. However, beyond that, the experience fell well below expectations. Service overall felt unfriendly and not guest-oriented. While there were a few exceptions, many interactions came across as dismissive rather than helpful. For example, when we asked a simple question about dinner timing to plan around our young children, the response was surprisingly rude. The dining experience was also underwhelming. Food options were very repetitive, and there did not appear to be much effort to accommodate individual needs. Additionally, there were only two restaurants on site, which made the limited and repetitive menu even more noticeable over the course of the stay. Although the beach is stunning, it was disappointing that guests had to pay extra for beach beds rather than having them included. Small details like this added up and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Another inconvenience was the lack of transportation options—there was no readily available or reliable car service to help guests get around, which made things more difficult than expected. Stanza perfetta, personale gentile, cibo favoloso, posto magnifico. Unica nota negativa era la temperatura dell’acqua della piscina che non era per niente riscaldata e a confronto l’acqua dell‘oceano era più calda (che a fine novembre è tutto dire)

Lita y Vera son extraordinarias!! La habitación impecable. Solo al salir de nuestra habitación, llegó el personal de limpieza antes de la hora acordada y nunca me había pasado en ningún hotel que entraron sin esperar a que saliéramos nosotras. Fue muy incómodo.

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewerbungen, aber hier muss ich eine Ausnahme machen. Das Personal, die Zimmer, der Ausblick… Wahnsinn. Wirklich absolut top! Und die Cocktails auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles und renoviertes Hotel direkt am Strand. Die Speiseauswahl und Qualität ist schon echt aussergewöhnlich. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, fühlte es sich nicht so an. Wir hatten zu Beginn ein unrenoviertes Zimmer, mit Lage zur Straße und Durchgangstür, konnten aber am dritten Tag direkt wechseln auf ein renoviertes Zimmer mit ruhiger Lage. Vielen Dank an Vera nochmal für das Engagement und das Ermöglichen!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Superb resort & hotel - it was my second stay in 3 years and it's been amazing again. The food is extraordinary - in quality, choice, creativity - the whole place is spotless, huge props to the cleaners - and my room was utterly divine, on the highest floor level with full sea & beach views. Incredible and restorative break - thank you to all staff for making it fantastic 👏

Despite being more adult oriented, we had an enjoyable family holiday! Great food and very safe.

Es war das was man für den Preis erwarten darf.. Starprestige Zimmer, 7 Nächte 3000 Euro, leider 2 mal die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt, die Matratzen total durch gelegen, katastrophal. Ansonsten gehört das Fuerteventura Ibersostar Palace zu den guten Hotels auf FUE. Personal sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend.

Sehr gute Strandlage! Tolles Zimmer, 1a Buffett! Servicepersonal nett und zuvorkommend! Wir mögen keine Bettritze und morgens waren schon vor dem Frühstück die Liegen reserviert.....

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich; Essensqualität ebenfalls sehr gut (die Beschriftung am Buffet lässt manchmal zu wünschen übrig, was für mich als Fischeiweiß-Allergiker schlecht ist). Minuspunkt ist die Größe des Fahrstuhls, der zu den Zimmern 10.., 20.., 30.. führt. Der ist winzig und bei unserer Abreise hat es 15 Minuten gedauert, bis wir mit 2 Personen und Gepäck auf der Lobby-Etage angekommen sind.
