Location is convenient to places of interest, dining and shopping. Cleanliness is good, just shower water flow is not very strong. Complimentary breakfast is average with just enough choices of variety. Overall highly recommended for travellers.

Near the water and the arena. Safe area for walking. Very spacious suite. My only reason for giving a 4 instead of a 5 of 5 was the parking garage was a distance from the hotel. There was another garage closer and also parking under the hotel itself, but the hotel had us park a 7 minute walk away for some reason.

Average hotel. What was annoying was that the advertised king bed was a full bed. Mattress was quite poor. A stale smell is prevalent on the 2nd floor. The poor guy preparing breakfast is grossly overwhelmed. Average hotel at best.

Room was not same as per Expedia image plus was a end of building aspect overlooking the M&S arena and adjacent hotel undergoing refurbishment. Overall not what we hoped for. Summary it felt like a tired Premier Inn apart hotel

The room indicated King bed. The bed was more full size and NOT king They should use tape measure to confirm. Ridiculous. The hotel stank on f a musty smell as soon as you got off the elevator. We needed to keep the window open the whole time.

Great location, staff were friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. However, I am not sure if they were short-staffed, but it was busy, and I couldn’t find a clean table, and some items for breakfast were missing, and they took the time to replace them

Very nice place can't wait to come back to Liverpool and stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel located adjacent the arena and the docks. Big clean apartment with kitchen and bed room.

Clean and spacious rooms which had a small kitchenette with fridge freezer, crockery and 2 hobs for cooking and a lovely open plan living space with views over the water (docks side not river Mersey). Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was superb for getting to things around central Liverpool. We also made use of their secure car park on the ground floor which is locked (although expensive at £24 a night, we at least had peace of mind that our car was safe). We were Impressed by the quality and selection of options for breakfast. The air-con was very effective making our room very cool on a very hot and sunny week! Highly recommend here for a city break!

This clean and modern hotel is in a great location at the edge of the tourist side of the waterfront. Great location for the convention center, the Ferris wheel, and the various museums and attractions. Good amount of space in the suites as well.

We were told that no parking spaces are left and had to park away from the property. On their website they state - ‘plenty of parking available on site’ There were fruit flies in the corridor as well as in the room. I have never seen that kind of filth before in UK. Even there were fruit flies at breakfast. Will not recommend this property to anyone

Fabulous first visit to Liverpool & the Stalybridge Suites. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect location for city and M&S arena.

The room was clean, comfortable, modern with great facilities for a few nights stay. I will definitely recommend and stay here again.

¡Nos encantó! El trato fue muy amable y familiar. En nuestro caso coincidimos con Guillermo en la recepción y nos recomendó lugares y restaurantes para visitar que agradecimos mucho. Recibimos una atención impecable. La habitación era perfecta para cuatro personas, estaba muy bien equipada. La cama y el sofá cama, eran muy comodas y todo estaba muy limpio. El desayuno excelente. Ubicación perfecta. Repetiríamos la experiencia.

Very good hotel in a really central area. Family room was big and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t as impressive as last time we stayed, but good enough.
