地點很好，就在地鐵國貿站旁，可從商場直通地鐵，但大門在寫字樓中間，需要找一下。Park Hyatt典型風格，但硬體有損傷，維護需要再仔細。服務人員可以再有溫度一些。

我和家人在這酒店住了十個晚上。酒店的地點是沒話說，地鐵就在酒店所在的銀泰中心地庫商業樓層直駁。所有的衣食住行都可在銀泰中心找到，方便到不得了。我的房間朝長安街，每天還可以看到日落。酒店的人員會儘量滿足你的要求、給你找出不錯的方案。並每天都會關心你的需要。每天的水果多樣、房間清潔，一進房就有很舒服的感覺。還有，泳池也是值得一讚的。酒店的價錢雖然不低，但這樣的地點，設施跟服務是物有所值。下次到北京還會選擇這酒店。

地點方便,就在地鐵上蓋,可是的士司機未必知道在哪,打的時司機繞了好幾圈才找到,員工有禮,附近食肆也算多,晚上過十一點回酒店比較麻煩.

Booked the Hotel to stay for my friends wedding followed by my own birthday party. The location is great with stunning view of Chang An Street! I was quite an exceptional experience.

Service was excellent and just a minor complaint in the last night where there was no second face towel and no cream was replaced. Other than that we thought the service was fantastic. Special kiddos goes to Jenny Zhang during breakfast and Gary at the concierge downstairs entrance.
