酒店不错，位置好，景色优美。

酒店不错，下次还会再来。这里设施齐全，还有班车去各个地方。 如果你想坐巴士去札幌，必须在入住时预订，因为只有下午4点左右一班，而且总是满员。

酒店非常舒适，设施齐全。附近就有餐厅，所以无需外出觅食。服务一流，酒店还设有温泉供客人使用。

我真的很喜欢露天温泉。那天晚上，我去了一个风很大、下着雪的露天温泉，体验非常特别。但是第二天早上，阳光明媚，天气宜人，却因为风太大而无法去露天泡温泉 :( 我有点失望。

哇！太棒了！我爱羊蹄山的景色。食物很棒。餐厅里有些工作人员会说印尼语。温泉超级棒，可以欣赏羊蹄山的景色。离公共设施有点远。去Osusume酒店之前，一定要在俱知安买点东西:)

The staff are all very accommodating and able to speak English well. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown for a class like Hilton. It wasn't up to my expectations, and both days we had the same variety of foods, which was not really up to our expectations compared to the price we paid.

The best hotel I ever stayed so far, great views, good facilities, near to the ski resort just like private ski resort, great place for vacation especially in winter season, sure we’ll come back

It was so fun.. the room view was like the frozen movie scene.. so amazing.. the gondola right beside the hotel.. ski school also available.. and there's so many other activities if you're not skiing.. you can do raindeer sledding, snow mobile, snow rafting.. also you can play snow for unlimited time at its surrounding cause its quite and huge.. really love the place...

Hotel yang bagus dan sangat pantas dikunjungi, Mungkin harga bisa menjadi pertimbangan dan semoga hotel ini kedepannya dapat improvement lagi karena sudah mulai banyak pesaing disekitarnya.

Hotel ini sangat pas untuk liburan bersama keluarga, staff hotel bisa berbahasa Indonesia.

Senang sekali liburan musim dingin di sini.. hotel modern yg ada di tengah private ski area yg besar dan bagus.. lalu staff sangat membantu (namanya Andika) ketika HP saya hilang dia terus proaktif mencari2 ke spot tpt orang mungkin mengembalikannya dan begitu ketemu Andika langsung menyampaikan ke saya yg tunggu di lobi. Sayangnya cuma 1 malam, selanjutnya akan menginap lebih lama lagi di sini.
