Clean and tidy hotel, convenient for bus station and old town. Reasonable buffet breakfast. Good value for the price.

Close to Old Town. Can take buses to go eveywhere. We got a three day pass. The distance between places are not walkable. Room is good, wifi, hot water good. Toilet is very small. Breakfast also good.

Strategic location, near to train/coach station, bus stop 20m away access to old town. If possible, avoid room 407 as the room layout is arkward but having window on roof means we could view moon and stars on a clear night. Overall, we are happy with this property. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Staff are really friendly, rooms are comfortable and is perfectly located. Will definitely stay again

Very clean hotel, amazing stuff, great breakfast with a lot of food options.

Positives: The hotel is well-located very close to the train and bus stations, and just a short walk to the Old Town. Breakfast was also decent. They do not have 24 front desk service, but the reception is good about answering text messages promptly (make sure you have WhatsApp; this may be problematic if you do not have wifi or international roaming plan) Cons: The 5th floor does not have elevator access, and the hallways and rooms stink. My room had an awful mildewy odor, particularly as it was baking under the summer sun. Also, the shower and sink drained very slowly. Sheets were clean though. Also no AC, which can be problematic during hot summer days. Overall, it was a decent hotel, but with some additional TLC it could be better, especially the horrible odor on the 5th floor. Front desk staff is typical Soviet style demeanor, but don't old that against them; they are prompt and responsive, and that's what matters.

Very nice city break, hotel ideally located for easy walking in the city. Quiet location, slept well and rooms are clean. Good value for money.

The location is very good and the cooked breakfast is excellent. Reception staff very helpful. The rooms are small, although I did get upgraded to a slightly bigger room, but the interior is getting tired and dated, and although the bathrooms are clean, the room could have had a bit more of a springclean.
