Buena ubicación

Staff on reception were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and air conditioning was effective. Bathroom was small but had all necessaries. Breakfast was good, although the room was a bit small and could get very crowded at times. Selection was fine but only had lactose free milk, could do with normal milk too. Also cooked food could have had option of scrambled/fried eggs, which would have helped. Hotel very close to railway and bus stations and also the old town so conveniently positioned.

Greie og rene rom med air condition. Savnet kjøleskap på rommet. Frokosten var kjedelig, trangt og utrivelig i frokostsalen. Grei beliggenhet i et stille område nattestid. Litt lytt mellom rommene. Utrivelig med brannalarm og lite informasjon å få om natten, blant annet fordi hotellet ikke er bemannet nattestid.

My booking on 30/07 was made via Expedia and I reached in the night at 10.15 pm. The front door was locked and was written that the reception was working only up to 10.00 pm that evening. Given telephone number (Lithuanian) to contact in case of help. I was not given any information prior to my trip about the check in formalities. I waited almost 15 minutes get someone online even though I was very tired after my trip. It took another 25 minutes to get my key in my hand as per the directions of the lady whom I contacted on given number on the door. When I opened my room, it was a tiny-teeny horrible , narrow room with one full side was with a sharp curve ceiling touching the head . If we got up in the night from bed for toilet, sure our head might get hit on the ceiling and get hurt!! I called up the former lady, she immediately offered 60% discount and gave her apology for giving me that room. It’s was same situation in the toilet as if we are not careful in getting up from the closet, head will be hit and injured. Next day when I meet the receptionist (Beatrice, I think her name is!) she said, the previous receptionist on telephone gave me wrong information on discount and they cl are not in a position to give any discount to me. Moreover, she said, she was rather thinking that I had got the best renovated room in the hotel 😂

Huone oli kulunut, mutta sänky oli hyvä. Tyyny oli iso ja muhkea. Aamiainen oli yksinkertainen. Huoneen perussiivoukset on hutaisemalla tehty. Sijainyi oli loistava. Hyvä hinta -laatu suhde.

The place is newly renovated, so everything was spotless and well equipped. Breakfast was a lovely start to our day. Staff is super helpful and very friendly, especially during breakfast. It’s located in a perfect spot, you have shops, train station and old town nearby. We have enjoyed our stay here

The hotel is in a nice location, near but far enough from most things that the stay was very quiet and convenient. The room is clean, the one I stayed in was recently redone which was nice for me as a solo traveler. Just enough to be comfortable and more to enjoy the room.

Good location and friendly staff.

Otroligt fräsht rum, kändes som vi var dom första som bodde där. Skönt med luftkonditionering då det var väldigt varmt ute. Smidigt med parkeringen på innergården (dock kostar den 25eur i verkligheten och inte 20eur som det står på hotels). Frukosten hade lite mer att önska och den varierade från dag till dag. Väldigt tråkigt brödsortiment.

No a/c in a heat wave

Hotellissa on viilennys vain aulassa ja kellarin ahtaassa aamiaistilassa. Huoneissa ei ole viilennystä, joten ovat kuumia. Ikkunoita voi pitää auki, jos ei välitä kadun äänistä (bussiliikenne vilkasta), sisäpihan puoleiset huoneet hiljaisempia, mutta jos ikkunoita pitää auki niin ei voi käyttää pimennysverhoja. Huono juttu. Aamiainen oli niukka.

Conveniant location, good breakfast. Hospital smell in the room. Very small room, especially with an extra fold out bed for the third person of our party.

Sängen hade ingen madrass och därför inte jättemjuk. Silverfisk på badrummet. TVn var väldigt liten. Övrigt bra Läge Frukost Pris
