Not clean and not worth for the price in just one night.

The venue is fantastic: right in front of Podium mall, walking distance to Megamall, shangrilla mall, and many other malls in Ortigas. Has a nice small pool on 33rd floor, walking distance to cafe, 7eleven, some shops. Has fridge, working table, good AC, table for small dining, small sofachair, small bathroom with good hot water, has stove although I didn't use it. Almost like a small studio. Furnitures a bit old, but all function well and clean. Staffs are super duper helpful and friendly, even engineers by the pool helps you in getting towel. Great service! Thanks.

They gave me free parking, thanks! Just bring your own slippers though. They don't have them for guests anymore. Also toohtbrush and toothpaste.

2nd stay. They upgraded my room. I don't know why. But I am very satisfied.

We had a great time. It's a big room but a little old interior.

Stayed in queen deluxe room. Aircon is ice cold. No bidet thou. Old furniture but I am okay with.

We would highly recommend this hotel to a big group or family because the room is so big! And they have completer amenities. More than what we expected to a 3-star hotel! Good job!!

My family had a great 2 nights staycation.

The staff is not accommodating, I arrived late to the scheduled check in but they told me to wait for at least 1 hour because the room is not available and the staff are still there cleaning. So it’s a no for me. The room is okay but need for renovations.

Room 815, High Floor and city view was not granted, bidet for comfortably was also negative, with a piece of soap and very small single tube of shampoo shared by a couple, old school interior, would rather back to BSA Twin Towers, Exchange Regency and Lancaster (hotel costs were almost the same)

Room was a pleasant surprise larger than we expected front office was professional during check in & checkout overall it was money well spent

I booked a one bedroom triple single beds unfortunately is far beyond what is the picture. You can obviously see the room is old and deem, linens on the bed looks dirty and not new. You have to request for a kitchen equipment to be able to have a coffee kettle and to cook your meals although free of charge it is not ready in the room where we reside. Not so spacious as to compare to other condotel, bed cushion and pillows not comfortable to sleep. It just compensate on the breakfast served. Food is good, and rate of 399 for buffet is competitive.

We stayed for 6 nights in this hotel and the staff were amazing. We checked in around 2 or 3pm and they allowed us to go before the standard check-in time. They asked us 5,000php for the deposit payment upon arriving (this is an extra payment since we already completed our fees online, they will give this back when you check-out, after a room check, to ensure no hotel property is stolen, broken or whatsoever. We understood the terms as well. Not sure if the deposit fee varies depending on the type of accomodation). The housekeeping were also punctual everyday, but there was a time when they didn't took the rubbish under our sink. And since i mentioned the sink, the sink clogged on the 3rd day of our stay. It overflowed our floor and it smelled awful, however, the maintenance were prompt to fix it. Also on the negative note, the bulb in our veranda was busted, the CR leaked cigarette smoke (from i don't know where) and hand towels were only given once (during teh forst day of our stay). But the downsides never bothered us, our stay was truly worth the money we paid. The location was excellent though.

The room was great however there was no bidet in the restroom. No toilet tissue provided as well. Slippers had to be requested before giving us one. We had to take the stairs when going to the smoking are which is really such a bother. All in all, the stay was just right.
