Almost everything is good about this hotel.. the only few things you may want to rethink is the AC system is control and isn’t not really cold. Also the restaurant on the 1st floor the service is bad every single time and the food not the best!!!! I have eaten there like 4 times only cause it’s the only option in between meetings! But trust me service and food not good…. How ever the breakfast on the 1st floor the staff is friendly and for the breakfast to be free is pretty good

El lugar está muy céntrico, todo queda cerca (caminando se llega a muchas partes). Instalaciones muy buenas, personal muy amable y eficiente. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme con ellos.

The hotel in general is pretty good! Good location, good breakfast option on the 1st floor (included with ur stay) But the restaurant down stairs the service is bad!! The quality of the food is also bad I have eat there a couple times (my last resort) but it’s been bad experience!!! Also they can work on the AC I feel it doesn’t cool down enough for the room..

Rude large man at reception flirts with male customers. Nasty temper, argues with customers, rolls eyes when customers complain, gives you the worst rooms they have, pretends they don’t have the one you want, will immediately and aggressively pressure you to take refund if you complain about anything. A gross and despicable tamper. Not sure how he ended up at reception and why management tolerates him being abusive to clients.

This is a great hotel whenever I'm in town I always stay here it's centrally located close to everything downtown easy to walk easy access and the amenities are great rooms include breakfast which are always delicious highly recommend you're staying here for years

Esta fue la primera vez que no nos sentimos bienvenidos por el Sr. Que estaba en el front desk, y ademas en el siguiente cuarto se hospedaron varios jovenes que hacian mucho ruido, se oia demasiado el ruido! En el restaurant le pedi a la persona que nos atendio , un pastel para mi esposo que cumplia anos y nunca nos lo llevo a pesar de haberle dicho 2 mas veces!
