Seems to be nice and clean, very quiet and in a very good location.

Could’ve been a little better accommodations. Shower head was not attached properly. The tub did not drain properly.

The room was great for the price and staff was very friendly.

There is an overwhelming air freshener smell in the lobby that I heard mutiple guests complaining about. It makes you wonder what they are trying to cover. There is no carpet in the rooms and that seems great until you have people stomping around above you at 5am. We were there 4 days and our room was never cleaned. We had to go to the desk to request clean towels and toilet paper. The beds and pillows are so firm it’s almost unbearable.

Front Desk was very friendly checking in and out. comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel smelled great in the room hallway and elevator. The only thing the room was missing was an iron and ironing board. Pool looked very clean basic breakfast.

We have stayed here many times. The staff has been the best each time we have stayed. They treat you like family. Very kind and considerate. Always willing to help if you need anything. We will continue to stay here every chance we can. If you need a great place to stay in Albertville. Highly recommend you stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham.

Clean and peaceful environment

Beds were horrible. AC was loud and the room either stayed extremely hot or extremely cold, no in between. Walls are so thin you can hear other people watching tv. Checked out a whole day early because we could not stay there another night after the first night. Will not use again.

I stay at this property whenever I'm working around the Albertville area. It is quiet and safe.

The check in clerk wasnt very friendly but other then that nice clean convenient place.

There is no review we booked, I had to cancel our trip due to emergency and they kept my money

Wish there had been more benches or chairs outside to sit in. The only ones were around the pool and it was locked.

The room with one Queen bed are very small. Faucets dripped all night but overall it was clean and beds were ok. They only gave you two little towels and one little bar of soap
