We are glad that we are allowed to check in one of the room earlier about 12pm, unfortunately we suspect the bedsheet have not been change for new guest. The bathroom drainage was bad and overall the room was dusty. The whole window frame was nearly drop out when we wanted to open the window. We have to open the window whenever in room because the aircond is not on during autumn season and only can on heater during this season. Even though the weather is cold but the room are stuffy without a fan or air conditioner. Upon check out one of the staff was polite and helpful with our luggage. Hope the management will look into the matter. Thank you.

Staff are very busy and are not in their most welcoming tone. however, no complains about the room and location.
