the most fabulous palace hotel I have lived, feel like a queen with great service and fantastic surroundings. The staff are very friendly and housekeeping all day long with complimentary fresh fruit in the morning and sweet chocolate in the evening,feeling like mother's care.

一定要订湖景房，位置在最高层，带有阳台和观景台，还可以上到天台上，眺望湖宫等景色。日落时分在阳台上闲坐着，看夕阳在窗户的花边拱形中逐渐落去，很美。

Location is great, only 2-3 miniutes walk to visit the City Palace, 4-5 minutes walk to visit the most active temple in Udaipur. The hotel is romantic palace style, quiet, however the room facilities is kind of old. Wifi is not consistent.

The staff are amazing! Always there to help you out - they can’t do enough a huge thank you to you all. The hotel is stunning!!

Beautiful palace hotel at the southern end of the City Palace. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake with a wonderful private patio. An oasis of calm.

Para ser un antiguo palacio la habitación es muy sencilla los baños antiguos la iluminación de fluorescentes no es la que deseas en un lugar tan emblemático. En cuanto a la recepción es muy pequeña y el recibimiento fue friocarece de la calidez de otros hoteles de su misma calidad

This hotel is the actual king’s palace. It is beautiful and well maintained. You do feel like royalty staying here. And it is the perfect location in city center, close to City Palace, shopping, and access to the lake. Would highly recommend!

dont stay at the palace rooms , they are average specially ones downstairs opp to the lobby.

Lovely hotel and high-touch service. Very nice food and great outdoor dining spot. Spa treatment was very good but a crew was setting up for a wedding and the noise definitely interrupted the tranquility of the massage.

Beautiful property but doesn’t live up to its 5 star status. The staff are very nice but they lack attention to detail. I don’t think it’s value for money. The rooms are big but average, the bathrooms need updating. The views are spectacular though. One thing that I would suggest the hotel is not to ring the guests regarding if we want spa treatments or are we coming for breakfast. We feel very relaxed but would have preferred if we weren’t disturbed at all. The bar is beautiful though and I would highly recommend having a drink there. Food in the restaurant is very good as well.

The staff is genuinely interested in offering the guest the best service. Special mention to restaurant & bas employees. The hotel premises are very nice, although the surroundings are messy.

Had a wonderful stay at Shiv Niwas Palace. The views are incredible and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying at this historic hotel.

Hotel lindo! Staff super atenciosa e gentil. Quarto amplo, limpo e muito confortável. Todas as noites tinha uma caixinha de bombons nos esperando. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muitas opções. Piscina linda! Do lado do City Palace.
