Booked 3 nights for 3 rooms with 4 different booking codes. The location is very perfect since it's near night markets. The service is very nice. There's one day the hotel had a blackout for a few minutes since the electricity for the whole area was down. The next day, the staff gave an apology by giving us a voucher & free snacks for our flight. I appreciate the effort the hotel compensated me although I know the blackout was not their fault.

The room is very comfortable but the buffet was very limited choices difficult to find something to eat easily on the location it is in the night market which make things very easy.

Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat nightmarket, cukup banyak tempat makan disekitarnya, kamar bersih, breakfast biasa saja, proses check-in agak lama.

Good location. Friendly staff. Good food. Room is clean and quiet.

Good bed, good view and great service, specially the maid as my room is always clean and ready.
