Friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient location

The atmosphere was very nice we just had a bad room. All the staff members were very friendly so we didn’t complain but the room itself could have been better. We unfortunately got a corner room with just a wall view. The studio suite was smaller than I pictured but still ok for our needs. There was a stain on the carpet I assume from a previous pet so it would be nicer if there were a separate section of rooms for guests who aren’t bringing pets. There also was a dead centipede inside the bathroom light upon arrival so that and the stain combined had us questioning the room cleanliness. Breakfast was great all three mornings of our stay so that was a plus. Plan for a $60 hold to be placed on your credit card upon checking in. When I checked out I was told the hold comes off within 24hrs and it is now over 48hrs and the charge still says pending on my card. As long as it comes off I do not have a problem it’s just a shame that those funds are being held up. Overall, super cute and peaceful hotel with great staff, just got stuck with a not so perfect room

Property was hidden a bit which was nice, free breakfast was great lots of options and was actually hot. Room had a full size fridge, dishwasher, two burners on the counter top and nice microwave. Very clean all around, definitely will stay again when in the area.

Spent a week here and worked from my room. So I really spent a week here…staff was super nice, accommodations were great, breakfast was really good and plentiful. Thanks for creating a comfortable environment for me and my dogs!

Nice property with a good gym and indoor pool. The staff was friendly, breakfast had good options and it was safe and clean.

Very clean property and friendly staff. They upgraded our reservation to a two bedroom suite which worked out perfectly for our two week stay. They apologized they overbooked our original reservation and gave us the upgrade at our original price. We hope to stay there again when we have to return to Erie next year. Great location.

Everything was great

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It left a great impression on my wife, who was visiting the country for the first time.

Comfortable and clean. Fresh coffee always available and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were varied and satisfying.

The place was ok, but they only had handicap accessible available and we did not book that type of room. The heater was very loud and hard to get to a comfortable temperature.

First time staying here. We usually visit Erie, PA a few times a year. We will always stay here from now on. Clean, convenient for what we want to do and the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Seemed clean-not sure of bathroom-also was a crack on wall on tub/shower-there were no mirrors in other rooms to do makeup or hair while another in shower-the staff n service was excellent-the sweet young girl gave us an upgrade- 2 bedroom really nice-much appreciated-but not sure why Marriott affiliated and not keep in step with upkeep

There was a lack of transparency during check-in regarding how the credit card would be handled.

Great place for a quick, late reservation Reserved on Thursday for the next night.
