The hotel is nice, room is comfortable & spacious, food is nice & portion is good for a grown man. But you better check-in before visiting the Mayan ruins, as all the hotels in this zone are 10 minutes walk to second entrance, not main entrance and all the buses are at main entrance too. From main entrance to the hotel, you have to take 80 peso taxi. Moreover, there is no other restaurant around this area, so you must spend 350 peso per head to enjoy the dinner & breakfast. Overall the hotel is good and worth to stay if visiting Mayan ruins (fyi: chichen itza ticket is 242 peso)

Hotel is in a hotel zone very close to the Chichen Itza, within 5-minite walking distance. Th epool area is comfortable and the food supplied is good.

Nos alojamos en ese hotel por la cercanía al centro arqueológico de Chichén Itzá pero los artesanos hicieron un piquete y no nos dejaron entrar, siendo que viajamos para ver el monumento y no pudimos nos fuimos temprano a Mérida. El hotel en consecuencia de este hecho estaba vacío, solo nosotros y una chica uruguaya. Con respecto al hotel quedó muy antiguo, necesita una lavada de cara, modernizar en general en todos los espacios, está mantenido,pero igual que hace 20 años, lo más lindo el lugar donde está la selva por lo cual se escuchan muchos aves cantando, muy bien cuidado el jardín, buen estacionamiento.

Staff were nice and air conditioning worked. However beds were super short, pillows were half sized, no hot water and got locked in the toilet. The hotel is very old but the pool area was nice and the location perfect for going to see chichen itza in the morning.

Great option to stay to visit Chichén Itzá. The hotel has a nice colonial architecture, rooms are comfortable and you have a pool to spend time. I did not try the restaurant, but my stay was pleasant.

Buena ubicación

Temiz, sevimli, doğanın içinde huzurlu bir tesis. Çalışanlar iyi ve yardımsever. Geç check-in yapma konusunda da bize yardımcı oldular.

Bathroom got clogged easily but this is apparently a problem in all the hotels I stayed at in Mexico. The staff were quick to fix it. Becareful walkkng/running on the floor tiles after you exit the pool because I slipped just by walking. The property is nice. Nice lounge chairs at the pool. Staff is helpful. Good restaurant. No fridge or coffee maker in the room. Note; Expedia is lying about the location of this property. It is Not walking distance from town or from the Ruins or cenotes. They are all over 5 km away. You must take a cab. I informed Expedia of this, but they continue to falsely advertise the location of this property.

We've been traveling for 8 weeks, with 20 different locatiobs and hotels, and this is one of our favourites 😍 Quiet, great food, plenty of parking, 5 mins from.Chichen Itza. Lovely rooms, pool, great staff.

Comfortable room, beautiful hotel, good food, and excellent service--we were very happy with our stay here. The recommendation of getting a guide for Chichen Itza was excellent, as was the arrangement of the guide and the meeting place. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

Beautiful relaxing place, would stay again

Room was small but comfortable. No tv in the room, but a shared tv in an entertainment room. We didn't miss having a tv. Mostly stream these days anyway. Wi-Fi was very good. Staff were great. On site restaurant was above average service and quality. Pool was clean and cool!
