The property was one of the cleaner ones in the area. But I was disappointed in that I booked a room for 2 nights and had free cancellation until August 3. I found out in late July that I only needed the room for one night. I immediately contacted the property to cancel the 2nd night and they refused. They would only agree to cancel my entire reservation, even though I paid more for cancellation options. Statesboro was very busy that week with move in and I feel certain that with a week's notice (before cancellation deadline), they could have sold that room to someone else. This was not good customer service at all.
