We had a great stay, the bungalow has everything you need, it gets cleaned almost every day, great location, super close to the beautifull flamingo beach at 5 minutes walk maximum. One of the 3 pools pools was heated, plus they have billiards and mini golf in the complex and the kids loved it. We would definitely stay again.

Very poor experience. Within one hour of arrival my wife had a fall due to inadequate lighting around the bungalows and what I consider to be very dangerous steps — in my opinion a serious health and safety issue. There was no follow-up from reception regarding my wife’s condition, which was extremely disappointing. Emails sent afterwards were also ignored. Overall, very poor communication and a lack of concern for guest safety

This is our second time at the Limones, and again it surpassed expectations. The place is immaculate, housekeeping is exceptionally good and attentive. What it offers is a wonderful base in tranquil surroundings. You have so much space and it’s such a peaceful environment. We have absolutely no complaints and cannot wait to book again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Staff I encountered were friendly. Bungalow had everything I needed, yes dated but felt private with a nice terrace. Was clean and the bed was comfy enough. Good value for money, nice and quiet. Cheap and cheerful, would definitely return. Good location too, only a short walk to beach.

The bungalows are quite pretty but the decoration is kind of old. They are clean and spacious. The bedroom is a liitle small but has a great waredrob. It said on the app I booked that they had breakfast for 6 euros but it was 12 euros and the restaurant was closed, only the snack bar was opened. That was really disappointing! Across the street from nice beach. Free parking.

The pool areas in particular were very tired

The Property is in a quiet location but taxis can be got easily, and there are quite a few shops, bars and restaurants within walking distances. However, we were advised our room would be cleaned daily during the stay - there was never a cleaner. Ants were taking over and the place was not clean. The pool was empty - we didnt see one person using the pool during our stay at all - it looked dirty overall so could understand why and we didn't use it either! No air con which made it a very uncomfortable stay and rooms are very dated. One of the cupboards in our kitchen was taped together and there was no shelving unit in the fridge (which was also unclean) staff were friendly enough and happy to call a taxi but we were refused purchase of water as we had no cash and weren't allowed to pay by card. We wouldn't return!

Fantastic location great local area flamingo beach is perfect! The bungalows are great a little dated but ok very clean but the lack of aircon is hard, but we knew this wrote coming and the price reflects this. The pools no one hardly used so that was great just wish one was a little shallower like 1/1.2m so the kids could play easier. Man on bar was really friendly.

Complex is well maintained. Apartment was dated but clean. Outside terrace was excellent

Kitchen had what it needed, it was quiet, lovely area

L’hôtel se compose de petites maisonnettes individuelles, ce qui lui confère un charme certain et une atmosphère conviviale. Le site est très bien entretenu : les jardins sont soignés, les plantes luxuriantes, et l'ensemble de l'espace extérieur est agréable à vivre. La plage à une rue seulement, un accès au top. Bien que l’établissement ne soit pas moderne, il conserve une certaine authenticité. Les trois piscines, bien que datées, sont parfaitement propres et bien entretenues. Le principal point faible réside dans la maisonnette elle-même. Malgré une propreté irréprochable, le style est trop vintage et mériterait une rénovation. Le réfrigérateur dégage une odeur de moisi désagréable, et la cuisine, vieillissante, devrait impérativement être remise à neuf pour offrir un meilleur confort. En revanche, la salle de bains est un vrai point fort : moderne, fonctionnelle et agréable à utiliser. Côté restauration, le petit déjeuner servi au bar à l'entrée de l’hôtel est un vrai régal. Les sandwichs chauds préparés sur place sont délicieux, et les mojitos valent également le détour. Une belle surprise culinaire dans un cadre détendu.

La situation et le tarif

Convenient base to stay at with safe parking. Beds are comfortable but the bungalow could do with a thorough clean ( table and chairs are clammy, old vomit staining the tiles behind the bathroom door ), the back door doesn't lock and lots of cracked tiles on the veranda. The receptionist would benefit from a hospitality course but the bar staff and the staff around the grounds are very friendly.

Ubicacion ideal, con aparcamiento, y todo lo necesario en el bungalow. Es muy recomendable, y limpio

I was really pleased with our bungalow ok the furniture is not modern I would say Canarian but everything thing surpassed our expectations we had our own sun deck a back door leading to a drying area could even sit in sun there to English tv channels cooking facilities shower was fab and hot Swimming area was great a library on site bar restaurant 2 mins to beach and shops

Estaba bien, pero había muchos mosquitos que picaron bastante a nuestro hijo y no tiene aire acondicionado. Las camas un poco duras. Buena ubicación y calidad precio bastante bien. Era bonito a pesar de que el mobiliario es antiguo. Todos los defectos son entendibles por el precio, salvo que deberían avisar del riesgo de picadura de mosquitos o tener algo que lo solucione, ya que tuvimos que comprarlo.

We were there four days had no change of towels or bedsheets, reception staff need to go on a customer service course!! Everything needs a referb .
