Great location, close to major attractions. Offered all the necessary toiletries, unlike the other European hotels. A minor flaw is there is no kettle in the room.

Hotel security measure need to strengthen. My wife's wallet was stolen around the lift lobby when we were on the way to check in. It ruin the whole journey experience.

The Uber driver left us a short distance from the hotel because the street is so narrow. Very cool though. The hotel is beautiful and the room is lovely. We just checked in and we are on the roof with a magnificent view of the cathedral with a glass of wine. Ahhh, this is cool.

Always we stay at this hotel went we visit Madrid and the staff is wonderful the breakfast is excellent a good way to start the day
