Good location & Good service It’s a apartment, you can cook

Very bad experience, I already paid for the room fee, they need the credit card for deposit. But I left my credit card and requested for cash deposits instead. They refused and refused me to check in..

酒店位于核心区域，酒店式公寓，房间超大，去交易所广场步行可达，但是停车不太方便，没有免费的停车位。

舒適，光線好，簡易廚房，器具齊全。

Very comfy and clean !

乾溼分離的浴室有點漏水。有蒸氣室很棒。離舊城區近。附近生活機能佳，有一家大購物廣場，裏面有家大超市，很好逛。

We were here for 4 nights. If you stay 4-7 nights, then they do not clean the rooms since it is an "apartment" hotel. But if you stay 1-3 nights, then the cleaning fee is included in the hotel price. I was a bit surprised to find out about this. Plus if you want to change towels, it is 2 euros per person to get new towels and they do not pick up the used towel (or they forgot to even though I asked). The bathroom shower is not as clean as I would have liked. Overall I was a bit disappointed because everybody else's comments seems to be great and I thought it would be great as well. Maybe I was expecting too much but I think if I would rate the hotel, it is more like a three star hotel.

The Staff is very helpful. There is a big supermarket nearby and walking distance to the center of bordeaux. Clean and will all facilities!!

It is ok to stay.

when we book the hotel, we need book the hotel in Dec.1st,2013. but we choose the wrong time Jan.1st 2014 from computer. when we reach the hotel in Dec.1st, 2013. tell the front staff , we made a mistke, please return the room charges of Jan.1st ,2014. he said "NO !"

La chambre studio était impeccable. L'accueil réception très bien

Super duper breakfast buffet, comfortable bed and room, friendly and helpful staff

Studio spacieux et bien conçu. Il est facile de se préparer des collations légères. Très bien situé pour profiter des différents quartiers de Bordeaux. La gare est à 45mn à pied mais l arrêt de tram (F) est à 5mn à pied pour un trajet direct en 20mn.

Emplacement idéal a la frange du centre ancien. Chambre bien aménagée, avec un bureau pour travail. Wifi pas top. Et surtout grandes fenêtres occultées par de grands rideaux et problèmes d’isolation et/ou de chauffage. Résultat je me suis pelé en travaillant sur le petit bureau et dans la salle de bain où il n’y a pas de chauffage d’appoint

Estremamente soddisfatti dell'albergo e della soluzione trovata: un monolocale per tre persone, ben attrezzato e pensato in ogni minimo dettaglio. L'albergo è in centro ed ha vicino anche un piccolo centro commerciale e molti posti dove poter mangiare. Personale attento e cortese.

Posizione eccezionale con il centro raggiungibile a piedi. Appartamento molto bello e personale molto gentile e professionale

空港からトラムに乗って30分ほど。 周りにはパン屋、スーパー、郵便局、スタバなどもあり便利。 かなり広い部屋で快適に過ごせた。
