3点办理入住，排着长队，然后被告知房间没有整理好，等了30多分钟才拿到房卡。退房也需要排长队。

号称出名的亲子酒店，可是亲子项目真很一般，室内的儿童乐园也不大，室外的儿童游玩项目也不多。酒店的其他方面还不错，就是位置比较偏，外出购物吃饭等不方便。

I asked for a non-smoking room, but was a room with heavy smoke smell. Changed to another and was fine with it!

看了之前住客的点评，说有孔雀和天鹅，这次没看见，只有几只小兔子。儿童俱乐部的女生挺客气的。健身部的女生脸绷着，一点笑容也没有，我们不欠你的，好伐？不过，这是我们服务业的通病，如何是好呢！

服務員太少， 到七點大廳沒半個人可以問，得再加強。

上次入住时出现些小问题，酒店承诺再次入住时会给房间升级。这次无意见提了一下，果然送了早餐，还有可以免费享用大堂吧。赞一个！

我们是全家去度个周末。但是那天，正好有公司在招待客户和员工，大堂就象侯车室。下午3点还未能入住，因为来不及打扫。自助餐也被包场。我们要的双床房，有一间居然是2个床拼在一起的。。。。没有休闲，没有满意，没有微笑

我和女儿对酒店的各项设施和服务，非常满意，谢谢！

hotel location is OK, very pretty area , service also good , we stay a big suite ,very big bath room but over price.

酒店大气、干净、舒适，交通便利，离李公堤很近。游泳池很大，可能因为周末，游泳的人太多，3楼早餐时人也很多，需要排队。

服务在下降，热情不高，大堂越来越乱，宝来纳就是在扯淡。

Beautiful view

Great for weekend retreat or business. Rooms are quiet with solid wood doors. In new properties I usually have a hard time hearing all kind of noises. Superb German / Munich restaurant on site. Superb fitness club.

GREAT PEOPLE, AWESOME ROOM, FAIR PRICE

This hotel is very nice, this is my 4th time staying there. The lake view is very beautiful and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. The past 2 times I have stayed there there has been a conference but this time it was not crowded. Last time Resturant were busy.

the problem with this hotel is that it is an hour walk from the first shop/convenience store/life and they have poor access to cabs...

Comfortable but far in distance from any amenities.
