Breakfast was good! There was a worker at the breakfast however who was very rude and yelled at everyone..

Great breakfast selection. Standard faire, but with lots of decent options including a great deal of topings for yogurt or oatmeal.

We showed up early and they accommodated us with an early check in. They front desk staff was so helpful with ideas of sights to see. The breakfast area and the breakfast set up was one of the nicest I have ever seen. The beds were so comfy, the room was beautiful and the hotel was really quiet.

ONLY PROBLEM WERE KIDS ABOVE MY ROOM APPEARED TO BE UNSUPERVISED MAKING A LOT OF NOISE UNTIL LATE AT NIGHT

Great space on this ADA room. However the bathroom was a weird, inefficient, unsanitary design. The sink was outside the door (which was hung on the wrong side) so my wheelchair user son had to come out, move away from door, close it then go to sink to wash his hands. Gross! It would have been better to include the sink area IN the bathroom and re-design the layout. Breakfast was adequate, nothing spectacular. Ran out of scrambled eggs at 8:30-8:45 & never re-filled. Unsatisfactory.

The property is clean and in a quiet neighborhood only complaint is paying $10 for parking. I’ve never had to do that at any hotel.

Kids running in hallways and knocking on the door and lour ast night there a child in the above room ran all night. Thin floor and walls

We had a great stay at this Springhill Suites. Next time we go to visit my son I will definitely stay be staying at this one again.

Check in was quick and easy, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast staff were extremely polite and helpful. Room was right next to laundry room. Heard carts banging and washers going all night. Room AC made loud, irregular noise that kept wife and me up.
