The location is really really good! You can find the hotel very easily right from the exit of subway or train station Porta Susa. Just 5-10 mins walk to the city center, and very close to the bus station for bus 72 which can take you directly to Juventus Stadium. This was my last night in Italy next morning I took Sadem bus to Malpensa Airport, so it was just the perfect choice for transferring. The hotel offers wifi for free but the signal was too weak we hardly got connected.

The air conditioner turn off in the midnight . It makes the room very hot.

All the front desk staff provided exceptional customer service, especially Nadia who walk us outside of the hotel to show us where to take the bus. All if the girls were very helpful and friendly.

Pleasant big hotel from inside. Breakfast nice and fresh but when we go always sausages are finished. Huge windows, clean bathroom. Storage room available for collecting bags later. Everything nearby to see, eat, buy. Only surprise bit was we had to pay 21 euro for a room as the city charge (2 rooms) but at the beginning we've been told €24 for everything. Its all good and nice stay. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Boa localização, ótimo atendimento.

Close to Porta Susa. But the hotel is really basic. Sound insulation is non existent. You can hear the next rooms bathroom. And noise from outside. My room was quite large and clean. It's a little way from the centre. But i loved the walk with lots of cafes and shops.

La stanza pulitissima ed accogliente, lo staff sempre sorridente, disponibile e accogliente, la colazione molto generosa. Sarà da ora in poi il mio punto di appoggio per i miei soggiorni torinesi.

Les chambres sont convenables et disposent de l’indispensable . Ar contre pas de bouilloire à disposition . Nous avons dû en demander une et on nous la proposait à 3 euros par jour Après discussion avec le personnel très aimable on ne nous a pas facturé d’autant que j’avais consommé mes propres infusions Sur votre site il est stipulé que les chambres disposent de bouilloire à revoir . Sinon personnel sympathique et disponible pour nous aider dans nos visites et petit déjeuner bon et copieux

If I go to Turin, I always book at the Hotel Dock Milano. The staff and rooms are nice and comfortable. The breakfast is okey, don't expect to much. Beside that I would always recommend it.

Le personnel de l accueil, jeune,motivé et francophone est toujours partant pour nous venir en aide.Il nous a proposé un petit déjeuner " express" avant l heure en raison de notre depart matinal,en train. La proximite de la gare, à 5 minutes,est tres appreciable pour prendre le train pour Paris le matin à 7h30. Notre chambre très vaste et tres calme et la grande propreté lieux et la literie confortable sont a souligner. Nous y reviendrons sans hesitation.

Excellent location near major sites & eateries. Rooms are basic, clean & functional.

Very clean, decent bed and great shower with strong pressure and hot water. Decent breakfast with a choice of hot and cold food, cereal and yogurt. They will also make Capuchino's etc. if you ask in addition to drip coffee and an espresso machine. Close walk to the city center and less than 5 minutes to the Metro/Train station. Rooms are simple and plain as expected with a 3-star hotel. Also, a bit noisy from street noise and thin walls. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and its hard to critique for the price.

Everything was great. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

Hôtel agréable, chambres propres et confortables malgré une salle de bains petite. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. L'emplacement est idéal, parking à proximité, métro tramway et bus en bas de l'hôtel.
