Unfortunately, the room we were given was supposed to have two queen beds but it was two double beds. The room was not renovated as nicely as in the photos as the furniture and kitchen cabinets were old. The bathroom was renovated. Overall, the room was spacious and clean. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk at check out and they would let management know. We arrived late at night for a one night stay. An okay stop for a quick stay.

Nice stay! A bit of noise from the road but gorgeous mountain and river views. Suggest asking for a 2nd floor room as that’s ground level and avoids stairs. Great staff’

The only complaint was that in the room we were in had a bedroom with two beds in it queen size I believe. And those two beds were extremely uncomfortable, changing the mattresses or beds or whatever would be very helpful. That was my biggest complaint and the next is the breakfast. There wasn’t enough variety of fruit.

We were very impressed with the quality of the room, hot tub wasn't very hot but clean. Breakfast was great. All very good especially the view of the river.

The room had everything you need, breakfast was limited in choice but ample. Staff very friendly. Lovely view of the river but ----- be aware of the evening midges, We got bitten a lot and it was quite painful - no fault of the hotel just wanted to mention it. Also the pool was cold and hot tub very hot !

We were pleased with the gentleman at the front desk. Very kind and accommodating. The view is fabulous, the breakfast was great and the hotel is very quiet. Thank you

Very nice place to stay.. However my room had a very small bathroom with only a shower and barely enough room on the sink to put anything,so if you want a tub make sure you ask..

The room was nice, and breakfast was included, which was great.

Quiet, peaceful setting, overlooking the river. Excellent breakfast, lots of choices.

A clean and comfortable room with kitchenette. Basic necessities provided in the kitchen. Lovely view of the river, quiet setting and helpful staff. Basic hot breakfast.

Clean room, a bit small but with lovely river view. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast room was too small for number of guests, but wide choice of hot and cold options. Please get rid of plastic knives and forks and paper cups and plates, all trash went in one bin and not recycled. Use proper crockery, wash the dishes and dispose of waste better.

Breakfast was good

Very easy check in. Great view of the river from our clean and comfortable room which included a small fridge. Room was very quiet despite being close to the main road. We avoided the inclusive breakfast though - cheerios or bran flakes, strange looking sausages, bread for toast in a rather cramped room. Overall, would recommend for one night - we were driving down from Jasper to Whistler, so it was a good half way point.

Definitely will be back.
