good place to live

A very basic hotel. I paid for HKD 6XX, dont have any expectation. Just it's next door to curise port, very convenient and the area looks not unsafe too.

Breakfast was very good had few different choicesgg . Ac functional

Great location for pre or post cruise. Walkable to or from cruise port area. Very nice suite with terrace that over looks the pool area and you can watch the container ships coming in and out. Port area is attached to a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. Staff was great!

More english speaking restaurant staff needed.

Elegí este alojamiento para esperar un crucero. El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones reúnen condiciones apropiadas. Se nota un déficit en el mantenimiento del inmueble. La ubicación es perfecta, a tan solo trescientos metros del puerto.

Perfecta ubicación para todos los que vayan a salir de crucero. Estuvo limpio, personal amable y ofrecen desayuno buffet. También ofrecen shuttle para llevarte al puerto de embarque.

Excellent location prior to boarding cruise!

This property is next to the Colon 2000 mall and the cruise port. They provide baggage check and shuttle service to the port (which was not well publicized). Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The one good thing about this hotel is its location, right next to the cruise port. However, there could be a lot of improvements. First, they agreed to pick us up at the airport (1 hour away), but no one showed up. When we got to the hotel (after check in time) the room was not ready. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the room to be ready. The staff were polite but full of excuses. The "executive" room was sparsely furnished with only one uncomfortable chair, but it was clean. However, the internet works great because I am using it now. Would I stay here again? No, not unless I had to.

The restaurant staff are great,I love Diana she is the best but all the staff are good people tho. Front desk staff is nice too. Just wish for some bleach to be use when cleaning the bathroom. Windows was clean in this room i got. Thanks again for having us. I was cold so I keep the air conditioner off most of the time it work well tho.

El hotel se puede decir que estaba en buenas condiciones, considerando lo descuidada de muchas zonas de Colón.

Upon arrival I was told that, I was told that even though I had a reservation confirmation, they were not aware of it. After close to an hour I was told that they had managed to find a room for us. An “upgrade”. I had booked a king suite and was placed in a room with 2 double beds. The upgrade was a balcony that looked out over a warehouse parking lot. The supper buffet was good, the breakfast buffet was average. The highlight was the omelette station.

Hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado do Mall e do Terminal de Cruzeiro. Quarto limpo e ar condicionado bom!

Las camas y almohadas de mucha calidad, súper limpio. Dan bebida de cortesía. El desayuno muy rico y está incluido. Puedes ir caminando al Centro comercial y a la terminal de cruceros.

This hotel is old, needs some work and in general musty. We booked here because we were going on a cruise, it’s close to a very nice Mall with lots of food options. Colon is neither attractive or visitor friendly. If it’s one night for a cruise, fine, otherwise stay in Panama City and drive up for your embarkation.
